Good place to stay

Extremely well located for town, lovely street, near restaurants, beach, airport bus, train station, shopping , very decently priced.

Not all that was claimed

It was in the heart of Pescara with access to beach 400 metres away. Ground floor unit. Bed fine, air conditioner worked well.

The unit was basic but clean. Host tried to charge more on arrival than quoted amount. Attitude to us was not very pleasant. Gave incorrect advice on free parking in the area resulting in a 43 Euro parking fine despite his assurances. Not happy. Low cost parking is available 400 metres from accomodation that we found eventually ourselves. Breakfast unimpressive
