dissapointed and not fair we paid full price since we did not get what we had booked

very pretty place and helpful staff.

extreme noise from buildingsite. Did not get the villa we booked so ended up with rive field views which is pretty but we booked jungle views, and extreme building noise. It was not relaxing at all due to the noise, arrived after 23 hours of travelling and couldn’t be bothered to start searching for another place to stay. I am very dissapointed ad this should be our reating place after the long flights we were on.

Staff made it amazing and loved the area being out the centre

Amazing property, private pool was the best thing after a day out! Staff couldn’t have been better really made it special and they do the best cocktails hands down

Property has good amenities, private pool and large bathroom, beds are quite hard but had a good sleep and air condition was perfect

Warm welcome, hard to leave.

It felt very homely, of our 6 night stay we spent 2 whole days/nights just at the villa relaxing, we really settled in and didn’t want to leave! The breakfast was very generous and tasty, and was ALWAYS delivered to our room EXACTLY on time when requested. We asked for 8am and it arrived spot on every morning.

While the weather was perfect and hot, sometimes the pool still felt a little too cold to swim. I managed to use it everyday, but my partner only used it once due to the water feeling cold. This is not really a criticism though - some villas may have pools that spend more time under the full sun and may be fine.

Overall an enjoyable stay but not the best value for money

The staff were lovely, very responsive on Whatsapp and checked in with us every day. The buggy service was efficient. The villa was well presented and serviced every day, we enjoyed the outdoor bathroom including the beautiful stone bath and pool area. The shower was hot and strong except for the last day.

Pool was very cold, not heated so harder to enjoy, no additonal blankets for cooler nights, bathroom had an odour after hours like a sewerge pump had been turned off, power points and lamp in villa did not work, nowhere to store bags in room (wardrobe not in a convenient location) which made it difficult to keep things tidy and in order, t.v. sits over entrance door, I smacked my head at least three times on the corner, bedside tables are made of weird material that small items fall through. We had a welcome massage and afternoon tea included in our room price but forgot about this, staff did not offer. We did not get the massage and only recieved afternoon tea on our last day. Our villa (villa one) was quite noisy, we were located just above reception at the front of the propery and the constant sound of scooters, motorbikes and ppl talking and laughing was not great. We paid about $200 per night for our room (6 night stay), overall my impression was that this was average value. The hotel wants to be 4 stars but I would suggest more like 3-4 based on our experience.

Relaxing stay at Temuku Villas.

We had a very relaxing 5 nights at Temuku villas. The villas are lovely, well appointed and very private although I would lean towards a jungle view for compete privacy. The staff are fantastic and very accommodating. While down a narrow lane way there is a buggy service although it’s only a 5 min walk to the main road from the villas. We really enjoyed the rice paddy walks and a number of restaurants along the way which were all really good. Highly recommend Temuku Villas and we will be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Temuku. Beautiful villa with amazing views. Great cocktails and wonderful breakfast ever

Everything perfect, from private pool to breakfast and staff. The villa is lovely, commucation with staff is fast and efficient and all are very kind.

Just a side note: some services included in the room description were not present, such as iron and safe, but I'm sure they would provide them upon request.

great place to stay in Ubud

it’s been an amazing experience with Temuku Villas. the location is perfect for people who want to unwind and relax close by rice fields. the amenities are great, all as described. the stuff is great, very friendly, ready to help 24/7. the spa was absolutely fantastic! thank you team for your hospitality and our perfect holidays at your place.

good gateway from busy Ubud town

We liked the idea of private pool and the view to jungle. Large bathroom with shower and bathtub. No cars can enter the lane to villas, but they have golf car 24/7 available. so no problem for us. breakfast was just “so so” but they can bring it to you to your villa. and that is nice.

We traveled with 2.5year old baby and railing around the garden was not safe at all. Just strings and 20m down to the river. Not sure if it was just our villa problem (# 8) - but bed was so noisy with EVERY single move. We didn’t sleep well. And our “garden” was so tiny, not like on booking pictures. you can not even walk around the pool. when you are entering your villa during the night time, there is no light so quite difficult not fall down on slippery stones.

Everything. from the room, the pool, the view, the foods, the staff. literally everything is perfect in Temuku

Mosquito in outdoor area, but you can ask for mosquitos repellant the the front office team

Perfect ! Exactly what I wanted. Would stay again !

The privacy the Villa offered. Lovely grounds & the jungle Villa was perfect. The staff were great & food prices in hotel were reasonable, food was also good. Some type of buzzer would be good at the entrance of each Villa in stead of staff having to calling out to you to come in. when ever a staff member called from the gate to the next door Villa I thought they were calling me 😂 The use of the WhatsApp is a great tool they make use off 👍

The times of the shuttle to the main Ubud area. in saying that, I needed to go to a mini mart & they organise for a driver & golf buggy to take me to one not to far away & drove me back.

nice villa. ok location.

have stayed a few times a while back when the property was kind of newly opened. location is not too far but away from the busy center which we liked. Loved the tranquility of a private villa. Staff were nice.

Not very well maintained. some of the wire of the fence to the back is missing, which was a little bit of a safety hazard. The landscape was…barren? A lovely villa but definitely need a little bit of tlc.

nice that you have private house, but pictures in booking are old that’s why not really looks like in pictures. we found nice taxi driver near to hotel +6281237670006 (whatsapp), and price for taxi was much cheaper then from hotel.

Beautiful property with amazing views and privacy. We stayed in both rooms and the Jungle Room in particular was stunning. Staff was super friendly. A bit out of the centre but the shuttle service was really convenient (and the taxi back is really cheap anyway).

With the availability of caddy transportation from the main road, everything was convenient! Had the best massage with the Villa too!

Beautiful room and bathroom, lovely staff, gorgeous grounds, lunch delicious.

The outdoor bathroom is beautiful but becomes a real problem with bugs when visiting in the middle of the night, no mosquito nets on the beds or fly screens either meant we had to be very diligent about keeping doors closed. Also it would have been great to have an indoor living space, even if just a couple of chairs and a table. The location was a bit awkward and the shuttle not quite frequent enough, perfect though if you have a bike with you.
