Perfect location, very clean and new apartment, easy access to the old town, to the beach

The apartment is like 10-15 minutes walk from the oldtown and just in front of the beach however we walked to Maria Pia (15-20mins) because that's much nicer. We were 5 in the apartment, 2 adults and 3 kids, we also got a crib for our 2 year-old and were comfy in the room. Our terrace was awesome, we loved having breakfast there. The building is very new, nice and clean. Tina was very helpful and speaks perfect english, we could reach her on whatsapp any time. It's good to know that the apartment is self-serviced. We got towels and 1 roll of toilet paper but that's all so be prepared with hand soap and shower gel. All in all, a great place to stay, we would definitely book again.

The noise from the street is very loud when the terrace door is open, but it didn't bother us, our kids sleep pretty well :)

Nice new apartment with great terrace! We stayed at 2. floor, which had a stunning view. Sunset is really beautiful from here. Distance to the old city is about a 15 minute walk. Renting bikes is a good choice, is you consider going to Maria Pia.

We are quite tolerant of both traffic noise and bars playing music, but for us, this was a little too much. Motorcycles have a tendency to accelerate aggessively from the roundabout continuing down the road in front of the hotel, which sometimes can be shockingly loud. Across the street there are three (nice) outdoor bars, which all play pretty loud music. Simultanious music from those bars makes out an irritating soundtrack for an evening on the terrace. The terrace door is ok at blocking the noise, so sleeping is no problem. One last thing was, that the glass fence at the terrace, hadn’t been cleaned after flying sand had made it really dirty. Did that ourselves though, so no big problem.

A family of four can comfortably stay there thanks to very good space usage. Apartment is very clean, it feels fresh and new with really nice overall design. Nice view from the spacious balcony. Towel dryer and hairdryer, as well as basic kitchen stuff included. Close to the old town and Maria Pia beach (approx. 15min walk). AC works good.

The location is wonderful: right next to the beach, a 10 min walk to Alghero, restaurants and supermarket nearby. The view from out terrace was gorgeus and our young children enjoyed the staying.

Our host Tina was excellent, the apartment is fantastic, cleanliness location possibly the best in town.
