It is a very spacious (I mean huge -:)) apartment, epuipped with evertything we needed. The washing machine was really important for us after weeks of traveling around. The place is a 15 minute walk from the beach, if that's a problem for you, then stay somewhere else, but I would advise anyone to take the walk, because it's absolutely worth it. Almond and olive trees everywhere, this really is a place to relax for a few days. The people are extremely nice, if there is a language barrier, just smile. :-)

The premise was new and clean. Location perfect, close to few beaches. Host very friendly and helpful. You have almost everything that you need for relaxing and joyful holiday. Why are you still waiting :)

Everything was good, no negative impressions.

Arrived relatively late to the hotel but had a warm welcome. The hotel is new and in a quiet location / area. The room was excellent and very spacious. Well thought out design. Full size refrigerator and washing machine. Two couches to relax on. The Western Datca peninsula is relatively undeveloped and heavily forested. When I left I decided to drive to Knidos and that was an excellent idea. Great old ruined city in an amazing setting. Staying at Oliva Casa is about as close as you can get, and you are close to restaurants and grocery in the nearby town.

One reason I chose to stay here was the expectation that I would be far away from excessive wireless radiation (Cellular, wi-fi, etc...). Unfortunately after settling in my 2nd floor room I realized the level was relatively high (I carry a meter). There is a central wireless transmitter/antenna on the grounds outside and it was directed right at my room. Fortunately most of it gets blocked (By concrete) but I chose to use a protective sheet on my bed. I was too tired to request one of the other rooms that didn't directly face the mini-antenna. I'm sure the owner would happily accommodate. I do recommend staying at Oliva Casa despite this. Most people would not be bothered by this. 99% wouldn't even notice. Perhaps the owner can reposition the mini-antenna to not directly face any room.

This place has a very decent location. Very close to stunning beaches. Roomy apartment with balcony. Quiet and calming area. Pleasant garden and convenient parking.The quality of the place is very high. This is a very safe and pristine location. Additionally, the crucial part is there is a very friendly staff. I would like to thank them for their kindness. I was for the first time in Datca peninsula but this village Mesudiye is a great peaceful place. Close everywhere.

Very nice place to stay. The village itself is very beautiful, surrounded by mountains and has picturesque beaches. Oliva Casa is a very neat, clean and cozy hotel with acceptable prices and friendly owners. The view is breathtaking. You can find all the necessary stuff inside the apartment. Towels, dishes and other kitchenware are provided. You can also buy tasty eggs and olive oil from locals.

The view is amazing. All of the surronding hills makes the location cozy. Several beaches are quite near. All we need was at the appartment or provided by first request. Hosts are very hospitale.

The room was super clean. It was equipped with brand new furnitures.
