An open floor plan makes this house functional and perfect for entertaining. The living room boasts comfortable sofas (one of which is a sleeper sofa) and a remote-controlled fireplace. Open airy, walk-through kitchen with a long counter and numerous barstools. Dining area has large accommodating table. Full size washer and dryer are located on this floor. One bedroom with bunk bed (and trundle bed) is located on the second level. Three bedrooms are located on the third level. Two of the bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds, with a shared bathroom. The bathroom has a separate sink, tub and commode areas. One of the bedrooms has cable TV. Adults cannot rent properties on behalf of underage guests. We do not rent to prom groups. Guests must comply with these Rental Policies and all subdivision restrictions. During Peak Season, we do not typically accept reservations for less than one week, more than 30 days in advance of check-in. If our guests would like to rent for less than a week during Peak Season; we ask that you make reservation request closer to your check-in date (typically within 30 days of check-in).
