The place is GREAT! No long comments required seriously. The attention to details is simply second to none. Exceptional staff! Gentle, caring, attentive, smiling, very professional, yet so charming! Owner Christian is a very human person, extremely attentive to details, funny, yet very caring at all times. Please book this place and stay for a while to experience the Jaya way of hospitality. YOU WON’T REGRET IT!

Wir waren nicht begeistert in dercAnlage.

Die Villen waren schon sehr gross und die Anlage sehr schön gehalten

Da wir in der Regenzeit da waren und es immer mal recht stark geregnet hat, gab es recht viele Mängel an den Villen da es durchregnete. Wir sind dreimal Umgezogen. Einmal wegen der Lage und der Aussicht und zweimal da es durchgeregnete war. Das Personal war bemüht, aber durch das Management war es eingeschränkt in ihren Handlungen und freien Entscheidungen.

Exceptional

Service that goes above and beyond. The personal touches were amazing. Breakfast was on par with a fancy brunch restaurant. Staff was so accommodating and helpful. The owner personally came to greet every single guest. Free laundry. Extremely attentive. I've stayed in hotels that cost $1,000.00 per night and didn't have anywhere near as good service as Jaya House. Would stay again and again and again. Cannot say enough good things.

Absolutely wonderful

Absolutely incredible hotel. I felt completely 'looked after' by the wonderful staff and beautiful surroundings. I wish we could have stayed longer, we will most certainly be back.

Gracious, charming home base in Siem Reap

I knew this hotel had great reviews coming in, but even so, it exceeded my expectations. What a wonderful home base for exploring Siem Reap! The Staff was constantly gracious, attentive, and thorough. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, the wifi strong and never failed, and the grounds are lush and beautiful. The location is excellent - near the central part of the city but in a quiet location. Only 15 mins to Ankor Wat with free tuk-tuk service anywhere you'd want to go. The restaurant has excellent food - we had several of our meals there and were never disappointed. This is one of the best boutique hotels I've experienced. Highly recommended.

I’ll stay here again.

Everything. Hotel is beautifully designed, room clean, bed comfortable, shower good, pool nice, service superb. The whole place smells nice too. Cold towel every time entering the hotel and mosquito spray when going out.

The price is higher than some other hotels. But I’d say it’s good value for my money.

Magnificent Experience

An absolute gem in Cambodia. In a country where people are already extremely kind, the staff here is special. The facilities are amazing, and you would not be able to tell just from looking at the hotel from the outside. They looked after all our Angkor Wat experience from the moment we stepped into the airport. There was someone waiting for us in the airport with water, fresh fruit and refreshingly cold wet towels. The menu is fabulous, with delicious vegetarian, gluten-free and vegan dishes. They also have the traditional dished from Cambodia and the more Western offering. The rooms are fabulous and spacious. The bathtub is a single piece of stone carved into a tub. They arranged all the tours with tuk tuk and guide for us. Also restaurant reservations and all. They even gave us a local cellphone for us to communicate with them. They produce their own fragrances so every space has a special smell. I am taking some of them home. There is a spa inside the hotel which is fantastic for a massage after a long day in the temples. Overall a magnificent experience, we felt at home and will be recommending this to our friends and family. For sure!!!

Perfect short stay

All the little touches…cold towels, fruit and water in the transfer, we immediately felt relaxed. Beautiful spot to spend a few days. They arranged all our tours and the free tuk tuk to town was much appreciated, as was the free washing service, which after a few weeks travelling was a god send!

Jaya House was absolutely perfect! No better place to take in the splendor of Angkor Wat.

Jaya House was fabulous in every way, start to finish. The property was beautiful. The staff was incredible. The food was delectable. And toss in the fact that you can get a massage every day, well, it made the Jaya House pure paradise.

Sensational ❤️

I’m not sure where to start! From our pick up at the airport, where we were given cold towels and fresh fruit, everything about our stay was perfect. I’ve never stayed anywhere before where you get complimentary mini bar, massages, laundry and a tuk tuk driver waiting to take you anywhere you want to go in Siem Reap (which is a fantastic town by the way). We didn’t have dinner here but the food at breakfast was really good. Well done to the staff and management of the property, you are doing an amazing job and we will be back 😊 Worth a mention, pay the small fee of 20USD a to get the hotel tuk tuk driver to take you to all the main temples in Siem Reap. We were out and about for nearly 5 hours, he was always waiting for us with cold towels and water, it was worth every penny.

That we didn’t stay longer 😢

Perfect stay in a beautiful hotel.

The staff where so friendly. The room was very large and elegantly furnished. It was our anniversary and they had left a bouquet of flowers for us. We would definitely recommend this hotel .

Faultless

everything! Jaya House is outstanding. the property is in a lovely setting with 2 beautiful pools. rooms are large airy and so comfortable. breakfast and the snacks and drinks around the pool were super. and the team, outstanding. faultless.

we loved everything. This did not spoil our visit but the plunge pool for our room overlooked a well used the front yard of another property next door, a bamboo screen or similar would have made it perfect and private.

Bliss perfected

From arrival to departure, this property embodies the epitome of the luxury experience in all aspects. On arrival we were greeted by the incredibly friendly staff and general manager who knew who we were and were ready with refreshing face scented towels. We were escorted to the lovely hotel restaurant where the general manager gave us a calming and informative welcome, personally explaining the hotel, as well as its commitment to being a constructive and positive member of the community. We were offered drinks to welcome us, and the hotel provided a small phone for complimentary local calls with the Guest Services number pre-programmed in. We were shown to our exquisite room that had a personal plunge pool (though there are at least two other gorgeous public pools to enjoy) with a complimentary mini bar, fruit, and fresh lotus flowers everywhere. The hotel crafts and offers its own unique assortment of amenities like soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, all produced locally and all phenomenal (available for purchase as well). The hotel has its own tuk tuks for safe, easy, and convenient travel anywhere you need to go, which was perfect for visiting Pub Steet and Angkor Wat, ready to pick you up at a moment’s notice. The spa was transcendent, featuring the hotel’s own massage oils. The food was exceptional, both the Khmer cuisine as well as the western meals (the smoked salmon benedict was better than most places in the states). The entire staff was ready to accommodate our every need witb a smile. Some of the key elements of the luxury experience at which this hotel excels are anticipatory service, internal communication (all staff were on the same page and knew our names) all delivered with unparalleled friendliness and professionalism.

The entire resort is beyond reproach of any kind.

3 Unforgettable days!!

The level of service received at Jaya House River Park was unparalleled!! We were a group of 12 vegetarians- we had so many options in lunch and breakfast!! Chris- the GM- helped us make reservations to everything we wanted to see. We felt good about supporting a local hotel instead of a international chain!!

Everything was perfect - wouldn't change a thing!!

It blew my mind would love to go back

Everything about my stay was fantastic, I’ve never experienced anything like it before it was outstanding. The staff were impeccable, anything you could think of they did or would do for you, extremely kind and thoughtful. The whole resort it beautiful.
