A well located hostel with a very kind hostess. The room was nice and clean, beds were comfy. A very cute open balcony. Good value for money.

The shower was a bit on the cold side and can’t be adjusted. Quite a lot of noise coming from the street due to the open balcony.

Señora Helena is a wunderful person and helped us feeling at home. We enjoyed pur stay and we had a really confortable room. We could leave our bags there while hiking the paramillo.

The hostel is just great, Helena the owner is super nice and made our stay super comfortable. The hostel is 1 minute away from the center, the facilities is great and the value for money is fantastic.

The house is well located and the room was comfortable

I gave the owner a bag full of clothes to be cleaned because, as she said, they offer laundry service. She gave me back the bag the next day. It was equally dirty and dry, I saw exactly the same stains but then, most of my clothes had bleach stains. When I told the owner, she told me that she had washed them, but those stains needed to be cleaned by hand. When I came back home, I put those clothes in the washing machine and the normal stains went away. Of course, the bleach stains remain there and they have ruined my clothes. She also offered to clean the stains by hand, but only the stains, because otherwise, the clothes wouldn't be dry for the next day, when I was leaving. If she doesn't have a dryer, how come the clothes were 100% dry the day after I gave them to her, especially when she apologized for not having them earlier because she had been away the day before? My assumption is that she just left the clothes in the laundry room and they got the bleach stains while she was folding them, which was the only thing that she did. Of course, I told her that I wouldn't pay for the laundry service, but half of my clothes are ruined now. In addition to that, there is a kid in the house who is not well attended and they don't care if he bothers the guests. I'm sorry for the kid. Obviously, he's very bored, but he got into my room after I checked in and he kept talking for 30 min. although I was very tired. He even tried to open my door and he opened my window from the inner stair while I was trying to have a nap. Very unprofessional place. Although the house is ok, the service is horrible. Elenita, the owner, seems to be a nice woman, but you feel like staying with messy relatives, but paying for it.

For one night we had to stay in the room on ground floor but this room was really wet and without the windows.

the bed frame had a massive sink hole in it which was incredibly awkward and uncomfortable; roosters chirping from 2AM onwards; bathroom so small that I accidentally ripped off a metal faucet from the wall with my leg while getting out of the shower

The rooms feel a little bit damp and musty. It rained here the whole night I stayed and in the morning there was a puddle on the floor from water leaking down.
