Nice Location staff are very friendly especially staff from breakfast reception Adiah

Shower room is quite small and always water flow to toilet area , slippery and not safe.

Proximity to DPS Airport, the breakfast was excellent, rooms was clean and comfortable. And the property is just a few steps from the beach!

Das Hotelpersonal ist super lieb und hilfsbereit. Alles ist sauber, die Betten sehr bequem. Und in den Zimmern ist es sehr leise. Strand, Bars etc. Ist alles im nahen Umkreis.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff. All staff are very pleasing... Everything about the resort was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Hotel water was not up to the mark, both utility and proivded drinking water....

Чистичко и в близост до плажа. Басейна на покрива беше с красива гледка.

Имаше мравки в стаята. Не се отваряше Прозореца, нямаше балкон. За уелкъм Дринк избора беше бира или бира. Всяка сутрин за 7нощувки имахме сок от портокал и сок от гуава, други сокове в Бали няма… свежите зеленчуци също бяха едни и същи. Плодовете се разнообразяваха с по вид на ден, а ако си поискаш персонала ти изважда от кухнята и ти сервира този, който желаеш.

Бассейн с баром на крыше. Хорошие завтраки. Чистый аккуратный отель. За 2 доллара можно самому постирать и высушить вещи в прачечной. Очень дружелюбный персонал отеля. Рядом много магазинчиков, массажных салонов, большой супермаркет в 10 минутах ходьбы, там же множество баров.

Одна дверь в ванной, которая закрывает или душевую кабину или вход в ванную комнату. Можно пользоваться территорией соседнего отеля, но не бассейном.

The pool was good, close to airport and Kuta beach

The rooms were noisy, I couldn’t sleep at night because the wall between rooms are close, you literally can hear someone on the other side of the room talking, I told the receptionist, they couldn’t do anything about it, it’s shame such a hotel, the walls don’t have soundproof, if you sleep early then good luck with the rooms

O atendimento é bom, café-da-manhã muito bem variado, foge do padrão das acomodações normais de Bali e oferece um buffet de hotel com várias comidas típicas. A piscina era boa, fui e tinha poucas pessoas o que deixou ainda mais agradável. A limpeza era boa, tudo funcionando. A cama era bem confortável.

Achei que a área do lounge não era das melhores, os espaços de uso coletivo achei pouco atrativo, o que não convida a ficar muito no hotel nos momentos de espera.

Slow pick-up from the airport (it took a while for the driver to take the car from the parking, then we had to wait for another passenger of a different flight) I contacted the staff prior to the trip sending also photos asking whether the continental European plug would fit the Indonesian one. I was given the wrong information via email/what's up to found out once in the room it was possible to charge my phone without any power adapter. Not the best experience in terms of communication and info provided The coffee at breakfast from the coffee machine is pretty average.

Its proximity to both the airport and the beach makes this hotel a nice preference for airport transit with a little bit of time. I arrived in the evening, and have an afternoon flight the next day. Still had enough time for a morning run along the beach. Airport shuttle (both ways) were on time and efficient. But what exceeded my expectation is the availability of a la carte breakfast - apart from the buffet - that is customizable so as a vegetarian I was able to have protein packed breakfast (with eggs and mushrooms).

They made a very minor mistake of bringing me bacon in my breakfast (I did not order bacon), but it was quickly rectified.

This place is close to the airport and an easy walk to the beach and great Warungs. The team are welcoming and everyone is genuinely friendly. Breakfast is a delightful bonus.

Staff were extremely friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Had the best fresh squeezed juice with breakfast. Less than 10 mins from the airport which is great.

No bathroom door. A little bit odd but not the end of the world.

Excellent breakfast

Steps from street to reception. A ramp would be better for dragging luggage up. Also the map showing where to meet the driver at the airport was slightly inaccurate, so we didn't connect for about 20 minutes. Unfortunate, when we were very tired at midnight our time. But driver was friendly.

Clean, comfortable, excellent service and love the bed with the bed sheets - slept real good

The staff at the reception. Lisna was exceptional. She's so good of what she does. Ari was helpful too. So as the cleaning team. Everyone was very accomodating.

The breakfast take away. Sweet bread and cakes. No coffees or tea
