They provide everything you need for the beach and cooking. New facilities, everything works. Location, walking distance to downtown. Need a car to get to the beach. Free parking on the street, the apartment is located in a quiet street.

Modern flat, fully furbished. We have found everything we needed: cosmetics for the shower, phone chargers, air conditioning, breakfast and even beach gear! Further, Matteo has been very kind and helpful.

We really enjoyed staying at this apartment. We were welcomed by Matteo, a really nice guy explaining all the ins and outs of the apartment and also giving guidance on what to do during our stay, although we knew the area already well. Communication is done by WhatsApp, very convenient. As mentioned before, the apartment has really everything you need to make the most out of your stay. All the kitchen products (coffee, oil, salt, aluminum foil, etc), beach umbrellas and towels, washing machine products etc. To have a complete list, look on the Izzhome website. Your rental car you can park just in front of your door on the street like all cars.

Just a few minor things: - the WiFi is mentioned as fast but it goes like at 0,5 mbps with lots of latency so not useable at all. Though not important nowadays with free European roaming and actually on vacation you don’t need that much internet access I think. - there is a loud, annoying sound of a water pump now and then when the upper level is taking water - the shower is not that clean and the drainage clogs so your water is almost not leaving - the washing machine inside is also quit unclean, black mold in the rubber sealings really smells bad.

The city is very nice and peaceful in the spring. Very easy access to surroundings. The communication with host was great, very friendly and open. The property has many facilities and is very well fitted for families with children not only couples.
