Very comfortable hotel

Very good facilities. There is a nice swimming pool. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

You can't walk to the city center. You need a car. But this means it is also very quiet.

Fajny hotel w centrum Makaby.

Lokalizacja na duży plus, w okolicy sporo restauracji i sklepików. Obsługa bardzo sprawna i pomocna, Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie przebiegło bardzo szybko!

Wybór potraw na śniadaniu mógłby być trochę większy.

Good value for the money

Nice pool and nice little balcony overviewing the pool. Helpful staff.

The doors to the rooms were to old and with a little gap.

Recommended.

Comfortable room. Simple but had everything I needed with everything working accordingly and hit showers. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fine, and has a good varied selection. The staff were helpful and friendly also too.

Room so disappointing

Good first impression with drinking water coolers available on each floor. Excellent swimming pool with sunbeds. Good breakfast and helpful, friendly staff. Double room had good sized balcony with table and chairs, overlooking pool. Good location within walking distance of restaurants and sights.

Very disappointed with Room 316. It was very tired, with paint peeling off the bottom of wall near the bed and near the door. The bottom of the bath was patched. The plug socket was hanging off the wall with exposed wires and this was repaired . The TV and phone didn't work and the hairdryer was hung over the TV as it's hanging ring had come off the wall. We were given a complimentatry bottle of wine and told it would be repaired the next day. However, after inspection the maintenance man said the TV and phone couldn't be repaired without channelling the wall for cables. We were offered the room next door but declined as the free standing shower only had a curtain around a very small shower tray, so the water would have gone all over the floor. We peeped in some empty triple rooms and they seemed to be furnished to a higher standard. In view of the fact that we were staying for 3 nights and many other guests seemed only to stay for 1 or 2 nights, it was difficult to understand why we were allocated this room.

Kényelmes szállás Madabában

Jordániai körutunk utolsó szálláshelye volt. Kényelmesek és tiszták voltak a szobák. A fürdőszoba is tiszta, rendezett, légkondicionáló is jól működött. A folyosón volt víz adagoló automata, ami nagyon tetszett, így bármennyi vizet tudtunk fogyasztani. A reggeli is finom volt hagyományos, jordán ízekkel. Elég korán tudtunk reggelizni, ez hasznos volt a korai haza indulás miatt. A medence szép tiszta, úszásra alkalmas, környezete is szép, zöld, gondozott. Madaba központi része könnyen gyalogosan megközelíthető.

Nem volt olyan, talán a medence vize volt túlságosan hideg, illetve a szobákban nem volt hűtő.

We booked this hotel as our transit from Allenby bridge to the airport, it was a perfect place to rest and would come there again.

We found few hair on bedsheets.

A relaxing stay in Madaba with a well-maintained pool and breakfast.

Had a great day relaxing by the pool with friends. This hotel is in a great location for people looking for one with a pool within walking distance of Madaba attractions. The room size is perfect as well. The staff was very attentive and even brought us our room keys by the pool as we waited for check-in. Breakfast is also phenomenal!

Great value base while in Jordan

Great value for money. The best part of the stay was being able to organise trips from the hotel with their very reasonably priced and absolutely lovely driver. Rooms were very clean and the cleaning lady was friendly and left towel art and flowers. The staff in reception were always very helpful. Because of the trip facilities, if you do not want to move around Jordan staying in different places then this place would be an excellent base.

beautiful place thank you so much

this place was phenomenal, travelled here as a solo female traveller and I loved it so much. the area is breath taking the hotel was so beautiful they had everything I needed, the place was so clean and the staff so amazing and helpful, so happy I stayed here and they organised my transport for me and checked in with my driver constantly to see if I was safe and okay which was amazing

Good location, tired rooms, won’t be returning

location was good.

Having travelled in Jordan for previous 10 days it was the first time we experienced rude unhelpful staff. No coffee tea making facilities in room or available in reception. Bar where there was a coffee machine was open but unstaffed. when we asked at reception if we could get a hot drink after long journey a staff member told us coffee machine would take an hour to set up and so begrudgingly brought us a tea bag with hot water in a paper cup and charged 2 dinars! Rooms were very tired and towels looked dirty. We were only staying for one night and had paid at reception (wonder why they want you to pay when you check in?) otherwise we would have gone somewhere else. There’s plenty of choice in Madaba for not much more money.

Budget friendly with high quality service

The Staff are super friendly and helpful. Renad the receptionist a sweet woman was super helpful and welcoming. The owner shows a lot of responsibility and care towards guests. Breakfast is amazing with so many choices. I find the price compared to what I experienced really low. Their taxi driver is cheaper than taking an external taxi. I recommend the hotel definatly for those who want to stay in a budget friendly place and quality service. Lilia

Balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. Helpful staff and nice breakfast included. Arranged a couple of trips through the hotel with a really nice driver.

Shower was a bit basic but okay.

The hotel was nice. The room was outdated but comfortable and clean. We couldn’t use the pool as it wasn’t warm enough but the area around it looked good. Good location for exploring Madaba.
