With no rear neighbors, privacy bushes and privacy screens on the sides of the pool enclosure, we have created a very private space to enjoy. Pool and spa heat are FREE! Safety for our guests is very important. Our pool area has a safety fence that can be kept in place at all times or removed. Having your own game room right inside the home will provide hours of fun for the kids and adults in your group! The pool table and foosball table are a great way for the adults and kids to have some screen-less fun! There is a Playstation 4 and game chairs in the game room - they are sure to be a hit with the kids in your group! Three arcade machines, including Pac-Man will provide lots of fun for everyone in your group! The downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower (most of the 6 bedroom homes in Windsor Hills have a bathtub/shower combo downstairs) Windsor Hills has great resort amenities! Large community pool, waterpark slides and splash zone, fitness room, clubhouse with arcade and movie theater. All the amenities are included for our guests - FREE of extra charge! For those guests with babies/toddlers, our home is equipped with a crib, two pack-n-plays, high chair, baby monitor, children's plates and utensils. The home is also equipped with an ADT alarm system for extra peace of mind. Maximum occupancy of the home is 12.
