Schönes Appartement für einen Besuch der tollen Stadt Palma im Frühjahr!

Tolle Lage, auf Fragen wurde sehr schnell und unkompliziert reagiert, Parkplatz - Übergabe der Parkkarte - war problemlos, aufgrund von längerem Aufenthalt (8 Tage) wurde Wäschewechsel angeboten, wir haben nur frische Handtücher benötigt, hat ebenfalls super geklappt. Dachterrasse war toll, wir haben sie gerne genutzt.

Möglichkeit zur Mülltrennung im Appartement hätte uns gefallen. Wir hatten keine Infos, wann und wo der Müll entsorgt werden kann (Müllsammler werden Abends in den Straßen aufgestellt, aber nicht für alle Müllsorten an jedem Abend)

Schöne, renovierte Altbauwohnung mit Charme in absolut zentraler Lage

Übergabe und Betreuung während des Aufenthalts waren hervorragend. Super Lage im Zentrum der Altstadt. Für eine Wohnung in einem historischen Altbau war die Ausstattung sehr gut.

Wirklich "nicht gefallen" hat uns nichts. Es sind nur die kleine, von persönlichen Vorlieben abhängige, Details, die uns von einer 10er Bewertung abgehalten haben (Nespressomaschine statt klassischer Espressokocher für die Herdplatte, Matratzen für unseren Geschmack zu weich).

Really enjoyed the city and the old port area on a catch up break with a friend. Dario was very helpful and facilitated

A characterful property centrally situated for access to all the old city tourist spots and buzzy cafes, bars and restaurants. Roof terrace was lovely after a long morning of hiking around the sites

The stairs are very steep and would be difficult to negotiate for anyone unfit

My unanswered message on what’s app before I left was rude .

Dario who looked after us was exceptional. Fantastic location and beautiful apartment but imo overpriced accommodation.

This apartment was on the 3 floor a very steep climb and we were there for 7 nights , this should be explained on the site which floor your booking .

The location of the apartment is amazing! The roof terrace was perfect for soaking up some sun

Didn't realise it was 4 floors up Thought it had a balcony as per the photos - it didn't Much smaller than shown online The host was rude, ignored any messages, unhelpful

Lovely Place To Stay

Excellent location. Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. The flat was lovely and bright and Netflix was a bonus. Everything was modern and very new. It was wonderful to have things like coffee pods, cleaning products and tablets for the washing machine and dishwasher provided...thanks. Everything was nice and clean and the whole place smelt lovely. The shower was excellent. We were sad to leave.

Missed having a bidet or water hose for the toilet. The disposal of rubbish system was very unfair, in practice it is the cleaner job to dispose of rubbish not the guests! As listed there is no lift so be aware that the stairs are quite narrow and a bit steep.

Beautiful spot with amazing view. Centric. Great terrace at the rooftop. Entire apartment very cosy. The only thing I would recommend to families with small children to check on which floor is their apartment, as this is a beautiful old building with no lift and it requires good shape to get on The fourth floor :)

Pictures does not reflect the reality. Quality of the furnitures / elements low budget. Clearly not worse 300 euro per night. Very very load from inside and outside.

Perfectly located but noisy Apartment

The Apartment is of a perfect location (walking distance anywhere you need within the Palma center). It is sparkly clean, carefully furnished with atrention to details and equipped with everything you need. Super friendly, caring and reachable host who even chceck-in during the stay to ensure we’re fine :-) Tea bags, coffee capsules and Cava are nice welcome gifts, which we have very much appreciated.

There is a huge construction going on currently on the opposite building, which is causing big noise in the Apartment (since 7am daily and doesnt seem to be finished any soon). Generally, the Apartment is too noisy, definitely not proofed; one can hear the noise from the street and also from the house itself. Also, when looking for a place which would be suitable also as a working area, this is definitely not.
