well equipped - two double rooms were good

mattresses were too soft. sofas were too low / slouchy / tired. window fitting broken in the single room meant that road noise was too loud as double glazing didn’t work.

Great base for travelling around. Quiet location. Spacious accommodation.

Lots of spiders. And the sofa was too low.

Not very well cleaned, windows dirty inside and out, flies in all rooms on arrival

The main sitting/ eating room was a lovely room being very comfortable & homely. The beds we're very comfortable & the main shower was excellent. The location was good for the sailors walk & the marshes. Very useful with dogs!!.

Overall the property was very good, clean & comfortable. 3 things that could improve the stay are 1) No entertainment facilities except for the tv. Would be better with a dvd/ cd player. 2) Great it was pet friendly but really needed the outside patio area to be fenced off so the dogs would be contained outside, & 3) With the location of the small single room with regards to the road the noise from the passing cars made the room almost unusable for sleeping especially early morning. Having said that we had a nice week in the property.

Beds, linen and towels clean and comfortable. Not far to get to villages and places of interest. Parking. Ensuite plus bathroom. Heating efficient. Key safe, and easy book in and out.

3rd bedroom not fit to include, ill fitting, road height window made sleeping impossible - Traffic noise +++ No paths to walk anywhere. Small things missing - tooth mugs, spare bin/black bags, kitchen roll, pepper and salt. A welcome pack of tea and milk etc. Would have been a nice touch. At least 1 Carver chair or armchair for someone less agile to get out of easier (sofas very low with no support) we took my elderly mother 😕
