when you enter the courtyard nothing prepares for the surprise:). I would also sau that is a pitty that the courtyard even of it is shared, is so left untouched. The apartment is one of a kind. Really. It is in a really old house, they tried to preserve some of the history there. Two generous bedrooms, one kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a sitting area besides the kitchen table. It is located in the heart of Sibiu, 5 min walk to Piata Mare. We will definitely come back again.

the courtyard needs atention.

Location

Walter is coming ouț from the shower, flodding the kitchen. It's very dangerous and it smells from the mold. The owner had a very aggressive attitude when I made these reports to him.

Good location

Parking during the afternoon is very difficult, all spaces are taken up. The description and photos on Booking.com site are flattering and misleading, particularly words such as lavish and luxurious, which are simply untrue. Entrance and steps up to the apartment go past what looks like derelict housing with render falling of the wall, similarly, render falling off each side the walls up the next set of steps up to the apartment, neither have handrails and are unlit so you need your phone's flashlight at night. There is no balcony or terrace as advertised There is a socket hanging out of the wall in the bedroom and that bedroom has no sockets near the bed (as advertised) The copper water pipes laying across the floor of the doorway to one bathroom and the rather odd strip of glass block wall between the kitchen and toilet, the bathrooms are small and sitting on the loo in both is awkward, which is why the loo seats are loose. The kitchen isn't well equipped. The sitting area is only for 2 people and is really just the corridor from one of the bedrooms, there is no dining room and the dining table is small.

Clean, big, 2 bathrooms, close to city centre, good value for money

One of the beds in the apartment is sunken in the middle. I slept a bit like shrimp. Not so bad for 1 night but should be easy to fix for the owner.

Excellent location. The flat itself is tastefully decorated and has some interesting, centuries old features, in keeping with the area the building is in - old Sibiu. The host was very helpful and obliging.

The entrance to the building is being refurbished. When ready, everything will be fine.

I liked that I received instructions all the way to check out and everything was very simple to follow. I liked the apartment a lot! Very clean and spacious
