Nice clean property. View was beautiful and the beach was never overwhelmingly packed. We will be back.

We stayed here a few days with my daughter and her fiance. Sunsets were awesome as the deck faces it directly. The house up dated and stocked with the basic essentials which was nice (bar soap, shampoo, toilet paper, towels and linens). Not many other people around ... we had the beach practically to ourselves. Restaurants were about .7 - 1 mile walk which was fine for us. Lock n Key and the White Elephant had good eats.

It was prefect! We will definitely stay here again!

The property has an amazing location , very nice area and super peaceful. Perfect for what I was looking for . The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the mattress in the master bedroom, it was a little uncomfortable, other than that this property it’s great. I had the opportunity to meet Erin and she was very nice . Definitely coming back .

The property was very clean with a beautiful view from the balcony. The beds were comfy and kitchen had everything we needed. Felt like we had the beach to ourselves most of thr time, very nice

Absolutely loved the location! Nice, quiet beach for the family to enjoy. Had beach chairs, towels and umbrella for us to use. Home was clean and had everything we needed.

Location was perfect. Is close to everything, and nice quite beach area. Owner responds right away with any thing that came up. Would definitely stay again!

Baby turtles hatched everywhere…

This condo was great! We where all adults and two dogs. We had plenty of room to hang out and the view from the balcony was spectacular! The stairs where a bit of a challenge for my 97 year old mom but that didn’t stop her. Very appreciative of the walk-in shower and even a bench for my mom to sit on. Wonderful stay! Tha k you

Very clean spacious property, comfy bed! The area was very quiet, beaches weren’t crowded during our visit and can’t wait to return!

We wanted a short mid-summer beach vacay to recharge, and this was perfect for our needs. Our first priority was to walk out onto the beach and that was exactly what we got! For the elderly grandparents the large beachfront patio/balcony offered the perfect spot to enjoy the view w/o traipsing through the sand. Though not luxurious, the property has everything you need. For those looking for a “hopping” beach, this is probably not for you. This is a very laid back, enjoy nature and family quiet time sort of location. Though there are things to do, it’s not like Daytona or Ft Lauderdale beaches (that’s what we were looking to avoid). Englewood/ Manasota Key is a favorite of ours.

Great for our girls’ trip!

Very nice, very roomy condo right on the beach. Would definitely sray there again. One con, there was no soap or shower gel there. Make sure to bring your own. Warning, take bug spray. The Lanai is not screened in and we had gnats and mosquitoes biting us

Our stay was amazing! Erin was quick to respond to any concerns we had and was overly understanding when my toddler tripped on the cord and broke a lamp (we did cover costs)! The unit was just steps to the beach which was perfect for sand castle building, getting sun, crab hunting and all of your beach activities. The unit was clean, spacious and stocked! It is situated in a more quiet area of town (ie no putt putt close) but we appreciated it that much more because of that! Book and you won’t be disappointed!

Perfect location, the view was amazing, the beach was relaxing and not crowded or 'touristy', exactly what we were looking for. We actually put off some of our other vacation plans so we could stay an extra day. Would stay again!

Condo was right on the beach with incredible sunsets. Also perfect flooring for pet.

We really enjoyed out stay, it was clean and had lots of room for 6 people and dogs. Very secluded and private from the neighbors. Nice please to get away to. I would recommend this property.

Absolutely amazing host, we couldn’t find the entry when we got in at 130 in the morning and she was super responsive. Answered all of our questions and was helpful! We already booked for next year and can’t wait to get back. The views, the beach, the sound of waves crashing. Absolutely amazing! Can’t wait to come back!

This condo is literally steps from the water! Very clean with lots of extras! Everything you need for your stay is there. The view is breathtaking, we didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be visiting again! Thank you!

The condo was perfect! Right on the beach and close to the town. The beds were comfortable and the unit was updated and felt right at home. Loved watching the sunset from the balcony every night. Chairs and towels were provided. The only thing was no grill but we brought our own and it was fine. We will definitely be back.

The condo unit is really nice and perfectly arranged for a party of 3-4+ to be very comfortable. It was clean, bedding was good. And property owner Erin could not have been more accommodating! She was very nice, gracious and gave you the true feeling she wanted your stay to be a real enjoyable event. Which, it most certainly was! The ocean view was spectacular! Not sure where you could really go to get better! It truly was amazing. I locked myself out of the unit and Erin immediately responded very graciously I must add, despite ringing her mobile at 7 am, and she immediately arranged for me to be let back in. So highly recommend the unit, location, and the property host’s great service level to anyone. You will enjoy your stay! I surely enjoyed mine! Thank you Erin.

Very good experience in renting this property. Would rent again. We could not get into storage container for beach chairs. No key was available.

Great place to relax with my husband and young kids, beautiful not crowded beach and a comfortable relaxing place to Come inside to.

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at your home. The home was perfect for my family of 4, althoug there was room for up to 6 with the murphy bed. The location was great, it was like we were at a private beach. The sunsets were out of this worrld. Would definately recommend for a quiet beach get away.

There was dog poop on the ground in the pathway to and from car & to and from beach. People in house right in front of condo had two big loud dogs and obviously didn’t have any respect for people in condos. I would not recommend staying here! It was dangerous taking out trash because there were large wasp nests at house that you had to walk by to put it in dumpster. That house is so run down, it is scary! Like I said I don’t recommend staying in this condo!

This location was right on the beach! Easy access. Erin was great to work with. The bathrooms look fantastic, newly remodeled. Kitchen is stocked with all the cooking items you will need. Blow dryer was in master bathroom, but not the guest room. Tv in master bedroom, but not guest room. The views of the sunset are amazing! 4 Beach chairs were in the closet with a few beach chairs as well. The Murphy bed in between dining table and living room worked out well. This was a great vacation!

Great place to stay, we have stayed at the property a few times now. Private beach, and great location. We will definitely come back again
