Inside you'll find the open layout of the house provides plenty of space indoors to relax and enjoy some company.  The walk way comes in level from the driveway into the house and open first floor making it perfect for elderly guests.  The kitchen is off to your right when you walk in with stainless steel appliances and a large stove/oven.  Going through the kitchen, you'll enter the dining area which is open to the living room with large windows overlooking the lake and patio doors to the deck.  The living room has two separate seating areas with several couches, a fireplace and another set of doors onto the deck overlooking the lake. From the living room you can walk into the large master bedroom with a King size bed, windows overlooking the lake and an attached master bath with a tub/shower.  The first floor also has an additional half bath just off of the entryway. Following the stairs to the lower level, you walk into a hallway area.  To the right is the large family room with a sitting area, TV,  (1)single bed and (1) Queen bed, and patio doors that open onto the lower level covered patio.  The Family room can easily be utilized as a 4th bedroom and has a closing door between the room and the adjoining hallway.  From the lower level patio, you can walk out onto the back yard, sit by the firepit or walk down the adjacent driveway and to the lake. From the hallway, turning left you will find two more bedrooms and an additional full bath with a tub/shower.  Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed with windows facing over the lake.  Bedroom 3 has a Double bed and windows looking over the lake as well. Prefer to be outside? Try the deck right off the front of the house! With a gas grill and deck table, it is the perfect place to sit back and enjoy a meal, or entertain your friends while watching the lake. And...the lake! Seneca Vista comes with 40 feet of natural lake frontage, a dock and a whip system for tying your boat. Spend your mornings fishing or watching the sunrise. The dock comes with a ladder to provide easy access for swimming.   The lakefront is located down the hill from the home, accessible by a driveway to the lakefront. When you rent this home, you are renting a private residence or secondary home, a very personal experience. Our homeowners have furnished and decorated this home to their taste and comfort. *Air conditioning is provided via wall mounted units. *A limited amount of paper towel, toilet paper, soaps, is provided for each guest.  If you run out, you will be responsible for purchasing more according to the needs of your group **We ask that renters to be over the age of 25. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with the request that the renting party is over the age of 25. **One dog allowed.  Must be crated when its owner is not present and must stay off furniture. **No parties allowed at any time. **Smoking prohibited except in outdoor areas. **Guest must comply with maximum occupancy AT ALL TIMES. NO EXCEPTIONS. **Parking for 4 vehicles. **Guests are asked to initial a rental waiver, sent via email, immediately after booking **DOCKS: A dock is provided, you are solely responsible for ensuring docks, and/or mooring facilities are adequate. Guest assumes liability for use of the dock and assumes responsibility and liability for damages done to the dock during their stay, whether the damage is done by their watercraft or the guest themselves.
