It was a wonderful house with nice balcony. We can see the sea all the time. The apartman is well furnitured, modern. People in the city are very hospitabele. We would like to visit this place again.

Balconcino sul mare was a wonderful location with great amenities nearby and beautiful views

The fuse tripped several times and early morning bin collections were noisy.

The location was amazing.

Power tripped a couple of times if too many electrical items on.

It was clean and decorated with a personal touch... Everything we needed was there! Coffee and more!

Excellent location with a view of the sea, in the vicinity of places for relaxation and sunbathing by the sea. Possibility of jogging along the coast. The apartment itself is well equipped - even with a manual citrus squeezer, which made us a lot of joy. The contact with the owners was excellent, they turned out to be very helpful.

It was simply brilliant. The apartment is really very nice and comfortable. But above all it is located in the very center of the city with the exceptional view over the shore. You can have breakfast every day with the best view in the neighbourhood!

Everything was perfect.

Very Good Location (10-15 Mtrs away from Sea ) . Very Good sea view . It is located within ZTL limit ( Historical Old Town ) and hence could have a feel of staying in Old town of Pugali region , we arrived by Taxi and had to walk for 5 min as there are travel restriction within ZTL zone . Host allowed us to check in very early ~ 10 am . Supermarket Coop/EuroTrans are at walking distance of 12-15 Minutes, City Centre is 5 min walk, Giovinazzo Railway Station -15 Min walk . Host does not speak English but all the communication is via Email/Whatsup , but the response time is very fast. Quiet Cheap prices vs other apartments in the region . Good Decoration and Good asthetics in the apartment . Convenient to travel to Bari ( frequency of Bus / Train is ~ 1 hr and cost is 3 euros for return trip )

Electricity Keep gettng Tripped frequenty . No Electric Kettle and Microwave Oven . Very Limited and not so clean Utensils Very small Balcony, Area ~ 1 Sq Mtr . Small Apartment - Good for 2 person ( Max 3 person ) but not recommended for 4 person . Bedrooms, Entrance to Living room room & bed room are shaped like a Tunnel ( it is good from Asthetics perspective) but problematic for person with Height over 165 cm . Me & my family banged our head few times during our stay in the apartment
