Nestled in Viareggio, this lovely condo for R 3,086 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. "Duck's House" is a spacious apartment on the second and top floor of a small building located in a quiet and closed street in a green elegant district of Lido di Camaiore 1 km from the beaches. The apartment is accessed by stairs or lift and has a private fenced courtyard on the ground floor for parking bicycles or engines. The house has an entrance which leads to a large living room with sofas and armchair, a brand new fully equipped kitchen where you can sit at the table to eat, two large double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bidet and a small bedroom with a single bed. The house is very bright and has three terraces: the kitchen terrace has a sink and closet with washing machine and tools for cleaning the house. The house is fully air conditioned. The house offers free Wi-Fi. Gabriella, the owner, is an excellent professional cook and is available as a Chef at home. The beach (1 km) with its many equipped bathing establishments guarantees safety, tranquility and comfort for the whole family thanks to the many services it can offer: swimming pool, children's entertainment, bar and restaurant, spa etc. The promenade of Lido di Camaiore with the beautiful Vittoria pier is full of bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, shops. In the Pineta di Ponente of nearby Viareggio, children will find games, bicycle rental, bars and refreshments in the cool of trees, in the safety of a large park prohibited to cars and scooters. South of Viareggio are the free and pristine beaches of the Migliarino and San Rossore Natural Park, which can be reached by car, bike or bus in about 10-15 minutes. Continuing north in a few kilometers you will reach other famous places in Versilia, up to Forte dei Marmi (10 km), elegant and exclusive, with a very famous market (Wednesday and Sunday morning) with designer clothing at very convenient prices. Inside there is instead the delightful town of Pietrasanta (10 km), a destination for sculptors and artists from all over the world: in summer important art exhibitions and concerts are held there and in the evening it is very lively thanks to its many and good restaurants, wine bars and wine bars. Behind the Apuan Alps with the white marble quarries loved by Michelangelo. with the possibility of hiking up to 2000 meters. In summer there are many musical events. Furthermore, from the "Duck's House" apartment you can quickly reach Lucca (28 km), Pisa (20 km) and Florence (100 km), for splendid art visits. Particularly known are the Puccini Festival of July and August in Torre de Lago, in the large outdoor theater located right in front of the master's villa, the Summer Festival in Lucca in July and the Versiliana Festival in Marina di Pietrasanta. But throughout the summer there are many concerts of classical, jazz and pop music in medieval squares and villas with internationally renowned artists. In February the Carnival of Viareggio; 5 masked courses in which large allegorical papier-mâché floats parade on the sea avenues. In November Lucca Comix, the largest European event on comics and cosplay.

Appartamento eccellente sotto tutti i punti di vista per un soggiorno in Versilia . L'appartamento é grande , confortevole e molto curato e si trova in una zona residenziale tranquilla . Andiamo spesso in Versilia a fare le vacanze , prendendo sempre in affitto un appartamento e possiamo dire che questo appartamento é di gran lunga il migliore di tutti .

Bellissimo appartamento gentilissima proprietaria

Appartamento a breve distanza dalla spiaggia, molto comodo e spazioso, ma sopratutto pulito e tenuto davvero bene. Il plus lo si ha grazie alla proprietaria, una persona gentilissima, disponibile sin da subito e davvero molto ospitale, che mette a proprio agio ogni suo ospite dal giorno di arrivo al giorno della partenza. Dell'appartamento non si può davvero dire nulla se non ché un rapporto qualità prezzo ottimale....avere poi una persona estremamente affidabile e cordiale come Gabriella dall'altra parte, rende tutto molto piu sereno e piacevole. Consigliatissimo!
