Nestled in Seville, this attractive condo for R 7,034 per night is a great option for your next trip. This great duplex apartment is located in a beautiful typical Sevillian house which has beenrestored, between Santa Teresa Street and Santa Cruz Square. In the restoration carried out in 2018, it has been preserved as many original architectural elements as possible, and the result is an amazing space where our guests are able to enjoy absolute quiet with great comfort. The entrance is through the floor below, where your guests will find the modern and fully equipped kitchen, and the dining table. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 1.50 * 1.90 m, and another one one with twin beds of 0.90*1.90, both with full bathrooms with shower en suite. The living room is very bright thanks to a skylight and a window overlooking the Giralda. And the best thing about the apartment is, without a doubt, the magnificent terrace with solarium and shallow pool (open from April to September) to cool off while enjoying the views of the neighborhood of Santa Cruz and the Giralda. The surroundings of the apartment are unique, Santa Teresa Street and Plaza de Santa Cruz are two of the most beautiful streets in Santa Cruz quarter, full of History and tradition. Close to the apartment there are small traditional bars where our guests are able to taste the best tapas in the city, small shops and endless places to visit. The Cathedral, the Alcázar, and the Giralda are within walking distance. The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. For more information about the management of experiences and extra activities of the accommodations, please visit our Privacy Policy on our official website. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.** During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation. Gorgeous modernised feature property. Excellent location on edge of St Cruz quick access to main sites remains peaceful next to park. Comfortable well equpped apt with superb rooftop terrace and dipping pool for the very hot days

Very convenient location in Barrio Santa Cruz. We were steps to the lively neighborhood restaurants and shops, but down a quiet lane. Loved the rooftop terrace to unwind after hectic sightseeing. Apartment is small, but appreciated en suite baths for the two bedrooms and the small kitchen for quick breakfasts. Highly recommend.

The pics of this property completely oversell it for what it is. The rooftop is the only attractive quality of the listing and even then the "pool" is a small pond, probably about 6 inches of water. The towels were cheapest quality possible and the rooms were no frills with windows that look out onto nothing. I wouldn't recommend this property unless you want overpriced hostel.
