The executive lounge

Staff were amazing, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is located well for the city centre is clean and comfortable and has a Gino's restaurant. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable with a good sized bed which was comfortable. The room had a safe, wardrobe, iron, fridge and good sized tv. The lounge was nice and comfortable but to small for the number of guests in Executive rooms.

The Executive lounge is too small for the number of guests that have a qualifying room to use it. It was over crowded with no where to sit and relax and as it has been placed in the main reception part of the building there is very little seating elsewhere. I paid for an executive room with lounge access but couldn't use it and had to ferry food and drink to our bedroom as this was the only place we could go - very poor. The bathroom shower was not good, very weak flow which meant having to stand against the wall to make use of it.

i was impress with the location of the hotel. Customer swevice was excellent. Definialy would recommend to family and friends.

Everything from the time we checked in, the staff in the restaurant and the comfort of the bedroom was first class. Even arranging a taxi to pick us up in the morning was done as asked

The hotel is in an excellent location. The room was very clean and comfortable. The desk staff were very professional and showed an interest in our visit.

Although the room featured double glazing, It was not sufficient enough to block out all of the noise from the nightlife below.

Customer service was terrific .. good location , handy car park next door . Rooms ok ( good for UK standards ) - twin beds a great size . Restaurant - v good , accomodating and we’ll run ! Thanks for a great stay .

Staff were very attentive, great food, clean and comfortable room.

From.checking in to checking out, we were really looked after by the team. We had 3 rooms and were all on the same floor next to each other. A couple of the girls had forgotten odd bits and a quick call to reception, and they had sorted it! Would definitely stay there again, the central location was perfect, too.

the room was good

the hotel was holding a large event and the front of the hotel was strewn with rubbish from fast food shops - the bins were overflowing and it was attracting rats. this was immediately outside the hotel front doors on Saturday & on Sunday. I know the council are responsible for the bins but the rubbish was there due to an event being held at the hotel so I think the hotel should have helped to tidy it. it looked awful & was attracting rats! I’ve stayed in a few of the rooms now and the toilet flush in all of your rooms is really poor & hard work! the room was 2 double beds and there were 3 of us staying in the room and the room was set up for 2 people - only towels for 2, tea milk & biscuits for 2 etc
