Det var få busser som gikk til Porto sentrum.
Frokosten har forbedringspotensiale med å variere mer, lite utvalg i pålegg og søt bakst.

Everything was impecable. Perfectly clean and neat. The breakfast was awesome. The staff went above and beyond to make everything happen for us.
The spa facilities were too small, just one small little room. And the working hours are ridicilous: from 11am to 7pm. When you work you cannot possibly go to spa. And If there is anyone at the same time in the spa as you, it gets awkward and crowded. Other 5* hotels have put more effort and thought in the spa facilities.

Spacious room, clean, good breakfast…
Outside of the hotel there is huge renovation of the street so there is noise from 07:30 am in the morning, plus the terrace of the hotel bar is closed due to that as well.
We have booked a parking place prior to arriving pf the hotel but the last day the parking was full, so we had to leave the car key to the reception in order for them to find place….

I asked for a room to be quiet and away from a possible source of disturbance, and they fulfilled my request for a very comfortable and quiet room.
The breakfast was very limited and not like a five star hotel at all, we went outside for breakfast most of the days.
I have been in a crown plaza in Saudi Arabia and Turkey and it was really five star hotel in compare to the one in Porto.

Big room, comfortable and extremly quiet. It is not in the center of Porto but also not too far. Ubers to the center cost only 5€.
Breakfast is extensive (20€). It's far mpre cheap to take an Uber and go to a brunch coffee in the center.

Our room was very spacious, clean and tidy.
They offer quite a lot of ammenities.
It was very noisy overall. You could hear every single guest talking, entering/exiting the elevator outside in the hallway, and vice versa.
You have to pay for parking per hour or day. This is the first place that asked for this, and we have stayed in a LOT of hotels.
You have to pay for your pet for every day of your stay.
Some of the employees working in the restaurant could be quite impatient and rude at times. We ate dinner there once and never again afterwards.

Friendly and professional staff. Attentive to all our needs. Excellent restaurant "SoMos". Very comfortable beds and large bathroom. Well located. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly return on our next visit to Oporto.

it’s completely outdated, not very cleaned, it was hard to manage the shower temperature due to taps conditions.
I stayed at a junior suite but looked like a regular room.
