We were caught out by booking peak season late in the year... Our room was very small and basic, with a thin bed, chair, locker, desk). Aircon was nice but very noisy. Decor was cheap and old fashioned.

We had an amazing stay here. The room was spotless, staff were some of the most helpful and lovely I have come across, breakfast was superb and the location is perfect too. Highly recommend it!

Breakfast had everything I needed. Loved the fruits. Right next to shopping and restaurants, and walking distance to the beach.

Could have had a bit softer beds and thicker pillows, but I still slept well at night.

Old and bad maintained facilities. Room has a strong humidity smell and shower tube door was broken. Instead of fixing it they hold plastic courtains!!!!!!!

Great location; close enough to all tourist points that walking was fine (10mins) while not so central as to be rowdy on a night. Breakfast was both varied and high quality; especially impressed with the meats, cheeses and fresh fruits. Fresh pastries and sweet breakfasts also included, alongside the usual breads/cereal/juices/dairies etc. Staff very friendly and went above expectation to ensure a happy stay

If you like evening beach walks / swims or cocktails on beach and want to stay close to it, consider this hotel because it's only a 10 min stroll and it's relaxing. Only 30 min walk to PortAventura, plenty of clothes shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets near by. Staff is so helpful as well- if you need a taxi and your Spanish is not the best, the person at reception will order the taxi for you if you ask and in my case it was very helpful.
