Room was very dirty and moldy causing a dampness on clothing, said it was a superior double room but was exactly the same as the cheaper normal double. Staff will go into your room anytime during the day and I did not want to be disturbed they should have asked if I wanted a cleaner ect.
Room was very poorly built floors felt as if they may fall in at any time.
Value for money was very poor I would say price should be halved if not more.
Staff ask if I wanted cleaner coming into my room.
Room to be cleaned properly.
Replaced flooring and improve the build quality of rooms as it looked as it was done by someone with very poor skill in joinery and plumbing ect.
Reduce price.
Don't say a room is superior to the normal option as both are the exact same as each other.

Stayed overnight when travelling South. Much better option than Gordano Services. Just off M5. A plus was that we went to have a look at Clevedon for the first time. Very pleasant. Two nights would have been easily enjoyed. Would repeat.
All ok.

The only toiletries was a tiny bar of soap
No hot water from the shower in the morning
The only sockets were by the bed, none by the table for work
No ventilation or fan in the bathroom, so damp and smelly

Setting was beautiful, warm, comfortable and good value for money.
Perhaps a cafe for morning coffee and some more toiletries.

The original Chalet was ideal for family with a Toddler. Site is close to M5 and well set up. Breakfast was good, cereal, toast, cooked English etc. and the bar food was standard pub fare. It was value for money. We stayed well off season so it was very quiet which suited us. We just wanted a basic place to stay with all the facilities of self-catering. This was ideal, except for the power issue.
We lost power twice on the on the first night so no heating or electric from midnight to morning. Not the best of nights as it was winter. To be fair we got moved to another chalet next day as the problem could not be fixed and they gave us a full refund on the first night’s stay which we didn't have to ask for. Although the second chalet was an 'upgrade' we actually preferred the first one, breakfast bar with bar stools with a toddler are not ideal. We will probably stay here again assuming lightening doesn’t strike twice.

I like the caravans. They are always clean and tidy. Enough space for all of us. I will be back again
