Nice property- very comfortable for our family at Thanksgiving. Easy access to beach right across the street. Short walk to Seaside and house has 4 bikes that we loved riding through seaside and watercolor.

Location, Location, Location. Perfect. Steps from the private beach entrance, private pool and deck with both shade and sun available, short walk to Seaside, bike anywhere with bikes provided. Royal Destinations was an excellent host. They were attentive before, during and after the stay. We had a multi-generational family of nine with five teenage girls and could not have been more comfortable or had a better experience.

Wow! What a beautiful home. First step in the door showed the home is exactly as pictured and described in addition to being exceptionally clean. Beds were comfortable and the living room provided the perfect place to relax. The view from the Master balcony was stunning. Walk to the beach was so short and easy. Beach was an absolute dream and easily accessible with high quality stairs. Cannot wait to visit this brilliant home again!

We've stayed in plenty of houses on 30A over the years, and I think we landed on a hidden gem this time! Seagrove, between Seaside and the light to Publix was perfect! We were two seconds from the beach, close to the grocery store, down the street from my husband's favorite fishing/tackle shop, and close enough to Seaside to enjoy it, but not be in the middle of all the crowds...or in a house in the back! Our beach was quiet and it was a piece of cake to get front row chairs. The house is comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. The ocean was so nice that we never needed the pool - but I would have wanted a pool otherwise so this was an added bonus. Would stay here or nearby in this area again for sure!

this home was as beautiful as the pictures make it out to be. The pool was smaller than it looks but still the entire backyard was adorable. Dropdead gorgeous master bedroom with Oceanview. Loved that it was not right in Seaside!

The property is nice, however, there is new construction going up directly next to it. There are workers there hammering and banging starting at 7:45 am until 6:00 pm at night every day, it is super loud and not relaxing at all. Rental company should have disclosed this as we would have chosen another location.

If you want to stay in an impeccably clean, pretty, house across the street from the beach (seriously, so close to the beach and you can watch sunsets from the third floor balcony), this house is for you. The house was well-stocked and nicely designed. The furniture was comfortable and so were the linens/towels. I wish the main floor bathroom was not inside the room with the twin bunk beds but I get that this allows for more sleeping space. That certainly was not a reason to avoid renting the house. We had to call maintenance once because the pool heater didn't seem like it was working properly and the problem was fixed in a couple of hours. I was really impressed with how attentive and inviting everyone at Royal Destinations was before and during our stay. I definitely recommend staying here!

We loved our stay at B-Side Seaside over fall break! House was beautiful (and accurately described). Checkin/Check out were seamless; manager was accessible throughout our stay. I loved having my morning coffee on the third floor/master patio which had a beautiful ocean view. The lower level bedrooms were perfect for the teenager we had in tow as well as having bikes already available to them. But the location of the house was the BEST part. Easily walkable to all the Seaside restaurants and shops and having beach access right across the street with chairs ready to be set up was absolutely perfect! Hope to be back soon!

The location of this property is unbeatable. Social/Common areas are new, comfortable and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the house is not a full fit for sharing between 2 families. The master bedroom located on 3rd floor is huge and super nice, with a big bathroom w full amenities; BUT the second king bedroom room is located on the 1st floor just by the laundry room/garage/entrance, is is small, and has no no en-suite bathroom. At least for us, this makes it really uncomfortable for one of the 2 families staying there. Living + Kitchen is on the 2nd floor, and not connected to the pool/patio, which we were not aware at the time of selecting the property and is a bit of a problem as you have to bring everything from 2nd floor kitchen to patio, and also means you have to go upstairs (and thru the 1st floor room bedrooms) every time you need to go to the kitchen. We rented extra bikes for the kids with the concierge services, and the bikes were not in good shape at all, resulting in one kid falling and scratching knees/hands; we contacted the concierge and they refused to replace the bike as it was not the protocol. The second fridge on the garage is a bit plus of the house.

We absolutely loved our stay at B Side Seaside! The house was very clean, spacious, and up to date. The kitchen had plenty of items needed for daily cooking and food prep. There was an extra fridge in the garage that was super helpful to store all the extras. The beds were comfortable and the bed and bathroom linens/towels were of good quality. The location to the beach could not have been better, cross 30A and the beach access is literally right there, 2 minute walk to the access. In my opinion the only area for improvement would be a few dishtowels and a drying rack in the kitchen, we ended up using bathroom towels since there were none in the kitchen. Also a cordless vacuum would have been nice, I eventually found a broom to use but with the sand and everyday use the floors got super dirty.

This was our first time staying in the area and this rental truly helped make it a memorable experience. The place is stunning and so well appointed that we didn't want for anything. The check-in and check-out process was easy and went flawlessly. The property was clean, "HGTV" worthy and very well cared for. It was so difficult to leave. We're used to staying directly on the beach and waking up to a view of white sand and waves. So, the location was our only concern. We missed that aspect. However, we knew that going into it and the proximity of this house was so close to the beach that the walk to the beach was actually the same as some of the places we've stayed before that were actually on the beach. So, we couldn't have asked for anything more in regards to location. Removing/replacing some of the trees around the pool to reduce the debris in and around the pool and open it up to receive a bit more sunlight during the day is the ONLY improvement I would consider, and the only reason why I didn't give this place 5 stars. Thank you for sharing your stunning home with us. It's absolutely amazing.

House was immaculate. Very clean, kitchen stocked with all necessities, plenty of room for two families plus some additions. We loved the outdoor area and the pool was an added bonus. Because of overhanging trees, there was lots of shade over the pool. Additionally, there was lots of tree debree in there pool that we had to scoop out daily. We had some extra guests (ants and roaches) that tried to crash our vacay, but the property managers were quick to evict them. We had an issue with the beach walkover and this was a major inconvenience to our stay. The property description states the beach walk over is directly across the street. There is even a photo indicating this on the listing. However, the beach set up for the property is actually 3 blocks east from the house at another beach access. This was terribly confusing the first day. Luckily, the house had extra umbrellas and chairs that we used at the access directly across the street although it was a chore packing it all down there. I rented this house partly because the access was so convenient and the Complimentary beach set up wAs an added bonus. I would most definitely recommend this rental but be aware the beach service they offer is not at the beach access that is directly across the street like the listing states.

Great house and location! Prefer not being in Seaside proper because of congestion, but close enough to walk to the restaurants which makes this house perfect. Only recommendation would be upgrading the backyard, but we spent most of our time at the beach as opposed to the backyard pool, so not a big deal. Royal Destinations was great to work with and l look forward to returning next year!

We had an amazing week at Bside seaside. The house and easy beach access were great for my wife, I, and our two young kids. That said, there was some disappointment. We specifically chose and paid more for a house with a private pool because it works well with our kids nap schedule ....wife and I can use while they sleep,etc. And the kids enjoy it in the afternoon instead of 2 beach sessions in a day. Unfortunately the back of the property and pool area were way too buggy. We only used the pool 2x all week. It was a bummer for all. We got a bunch of citronella and tikis and they did no good. I understand it's been a particularly buggy season thus far, but the property really needs to be deweeded and likely sprayed and perhaps one of the trees taken down or trimmed as they contributed to a breeding ground. Finally, RD's customer service was great. All of our queries and requests were handled well and quickly.
