Three separate bedroom areas on different levels separated by great room, foyer, family room, dining room, and gourmet kitchen. Two shower rooms are easily accessed on path to/from beach. Huge main deck with 6 lounge chairs, outdoor easy chairs and sofa plus round teak deck table/umbrella that seats 11-12. Perfect for entertaining and family getaways. Very private. Stairs to private beach. Great swimming, walking, running and boating. Minutes to several Ocean beaches, biking paths, bird watching reserves, tennis courts, golf ranges, shops, restaurants. Enjoy beautiful National Seashore Park. House is on the route the Pilgrims first hiked and helped themselves to Indian corn on what is now Corn Hill.

Beautiful house and location. Beach was gorgeous, views of Cape Cod Bay and P’Town. Downside was loooong stairs to beach, house is on a high bluff. The deck alone was worth the price of admission. Home owners and maintenance manager very helpful and responsive

The house is large with numerous spaces to hang out in together or alone which worked well for our group of 4 siblings with spouses and kids (total of 12). The back deck is fabulous and we hung out there quite a bit. There are numerous bedrooms- each with their pros and cons. The bottom level rooms tended to be cold; the largest primary bedroom has an amazing view but no room darkening shades and no door (it’s at the top of a circular stair like a loft); the 2 bedrooms on the top floor tended to be warm. Many of these issues were surmountable using with supplied fans and heaters. It would be nice if there were room darkening shades both for the primary bedroom and for the main living room areas, which get warm from direct sun with no way to block. Several of the windows and 1 screen door were not functional. The kitchen is large and has most everything you could need. We cooked successfully on several evenings and used the outside grill. The biggest issue for our group was that several of us have dog allergies and it appears the owner has a dog. This info needs to be front and center so people with allergies can be forewarned! Despite the issues mentioned above the house worked well for us and we enjoyed ourselves. There is easy access to the beach on the bay side and the house has beach chairs and boogie boards. We love N. Truro and had a great time. Thanks.

The location of the house was amazing, easy to get to secluded and an amazing view. Very short walk down the stairs to the beach. The beach is large and very clean. The deck on the house was amazing and the sunset is out of this world. Interior was very nice and clean, beds were very comfortable and the house had everything you need in it. Worth stay here.

We rented the house for 5 days to get away, and invited 3 friends to join us. The house did not disappoint! The views are breathtaking, even on a cold day in the fall, and the house is big enough that we all played games and ate meals together but could get some privacy for some downtime too. Ernie was completely responsive to any questions, and his house has everything a guest could possibly need.

This property was absolutely amazing!! My family and I spent a week here and this house was fit us perfectly. There was plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the incredible view of the ocean. This property was right on the beach and you could hear the waves from the house. Ernie was very accommodating and responsive to my questions. Would definitely return and stay here again.

Quiet surroundings. Dramatic views. Great beach (but realize that it is 60 steps down and then up a wooden outdoor staircase to get there). Kitchen well supplied—you can cook anything and we cooked everything. Overall, nice place for a large group’s Cape Cod stay. We will be back…

We are a group of ladies (50+ years old) that call ourselves the Delta Betas. We are only able to get away and see each other one weekend a year. This year we chose Cape Cod and this wonderful house as our meeting place. It had everything and more than we could ask for!!! We had a brilliant time!!

This was our second summer vacation on this property. Everything was as wonderful as last year if not better. All of us thoroughly enjoyed the house, wild flower garden, view of the ocean, Province Town, sunset, sandy beach, almost secluded beach, etc, etc, etc!

The pictures are conservative! The location and views are truly spectacular! Our large extended family reunited here for our annual week at the cape and it was a perfect match. The house is well kept and bright with enormous common spaces and equally substantial bedrooms to accommodate us all. Each room has a sweeping view of the bay and “hook” with the twinkling lights of P-town each evening. Sunsets were inspiring!! The walk to beach is hop down a the path on the property to stairs. All can do the stairs especially with some landing breaks along the way.... great opportunity for another pic! Our 84 year old mom even managed!! Highly recommend this spectacular home as it offers best of Cape and affords all together time and space for some quiet time. House is well appointed and the luxury of having linens provided as well as hand soap and other basics provided made it even easier!We rented paddle boards and kayaks as well and used them all day everyday!! Cape Tip Seafood was a hit too with the steamed and ore cracked lobsters. After isolating for months this was a wonderfully refreshing way to reengage safely and have plenty of privacy and space both in the home and the beach!

We had a great stay at the house, it was very spacious and well laid out. People could be in their bedrooms and not hear what was happening in other parts of the house. The views of the bay were beautiful. The bay beach, a few seconds walk from the house, was great as well.

We were the first tenants of the season and the owner let us come before the house was totally ready so the cleaning wasn't great, there was no mattress pad in the master bedroom, no soap for the showers and a few other details were overlooked. BUT, that didn't matter because there is no better view anyplace and the access to the beach is amazing. I highly recommend this property.

The house is large with multiple wings which works well for a family gathering with multiple generations and dogs. The central "hang out" space is comfortable and informal so we were able to enjoy it. The other living space provided a quieter refuge for anyone wanting it. The views are magnificent and the location is amazing. I would definitely recommend this house for any large group wanting a great beach experience, even in the winter!
