Nice open-air swimming-pool and spa. Very good restaurant (served for dinner, so you have to book a slot even with HB formula). Very close to very nice beaches (one with calm waters, the other one with more waves) and superb coastal walks.
Excellent location outside of the city buzz with easy access by car to beautiful natural spots and nice villages.
We had noisy neighbours (arguments at night) for a while and the sound-proofing is not good enough for that.
You have to know in advance when you are to have dinner (easy) but also breakfast (on the positive side, both dinner and breakfast were very quiet, which is a plus)

Our stay in the Hotel was amazing. Everything is very clean and tidy. The rooms have plenty of space and have all one needs. The spa was the absolute highlight. It was very rainy during our stay, so the spa and the hotel facilities made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel is located near to a few beautiful beaches and at around 15 minutes by foot away from the closest supermarkets and restaurants. All in all, I would totally recommend this hotel and it was a great decision for us as a couple to stay in it. Would definitely return.
My partner does not speak Spanish, and some of the staff don't speak English, so the communication was somehow excluding. For hosts without a car, getting to the hotel may be difficult. Although there is a bus station in front, the bus doesn't come that often and the schedules are not totally reliable. A taxi to or from Sanxenxo costs around 6 euros.

Hotel has good location to nearby beaches and cities. Facilities are targeted to families. Breakfast buffet was ample. COVID-19 control measures were high standard and applied consistently.
The sea view from the room was only partial, a higher floor (above 2nd floor) would have helped due to neighbouring buildings.

Very well located just few meters away from a beautiful unspoilt beach. Hotel had everything you need including a very quiet spa, swimming pool and great food.
Best was staff friendliness.
All was perfect. If clouds show up in Galicia you always have the spa and nearby villages.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly as well as efficient. The spa was lovely. The pool looked amazing but unfortunately it rained the whole day so we didn't get chance to use it. Cafeteria offers a good selection of food for a very reasonable price. We stayed in room 26 which had 2 balconies and was very spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was great.We will return.
There wasn't anything we didn't like..but be aware that it's quite a walk to town.

The staff and facilities were excellent. The room was large, modern and clean. Breakfast was very good as was the bar/cafeteria. However, the piña colada I ordered was horrible. It was a half filled glass of pineapple juice topped with some kind of foamy coconut and no rum for 5€. Do not order cocktails.
The room was too hot....like a sauna and the AC was not on. We had to sleep with the terrace door open for cool air. The bed was not firm and woke up every morning with a back ache.
