Bed was comfy

No restaurant or Bar on Good Friday . Would have liked to know prior to booking.

Good evening meal and bar area comfortable plus car parking facilities.

Lots of things did not work in room (1) Bedside Lamp Curtains did not draw properly Shower was pathetic. No seats in room. Noise from Function Room across corridor. The most pathetic Breakfast l have ever experience in a British Hotel ! Pigeon Eggs,1 rasher of bacon, small sausage filled with sawdust and dining room was cold (9am).

Bathroom! It was clean but impossible to take a proper shower because of very low water pressure. Please change the sink taps because it is very inconvenient to wash your face if you have to keep the faucet button pressed.

The staff were lovely, the position was brilliant for both Bath and Bristol.

We had a room by the main road, and it was a busy, noisy road.

Bathroom needs updating difficulties in running taps on sink without keeping your hand pushing down on them tiled floor all cracks around stepping out of shower area bedroom door making noise when people are moving about or of building main door etc expensive for what it is stayed in many others for less and a lot better we were in room 23 no telephone in room and brother in room 21 his shower area very small for him to use not for us again

Breakfast was good.

Only one complaint, one of the glasses 👓 n the bathroom was not clean. It looked like it had toothpaste residue on it from someone rinsing their mouth after brushing their teeth. Eew!

We had a very pleasant 4 nights stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was varied and great. The location was central for some travelling around we did and there were restaurants locally. There was always somewhere to park and a bar area for daytime working when needed.

Excellent breakfast, well presented. A treat to have tea served at the table in a teapot! Good location for ease of access by bus to Bath.

Bed matrasses are not great in room #1 where we stayed.

Very happy with this stay, easy check in, great breakfast to order and lovely staff with great parking right out the front. Only downside is there are a lot of stairs, but that's the same in nearly every property in UK so no problem there Thankyou very much we had a great stay
