Location great ( near the port and ferry terminals), beautiful view over the city, huge balcony. Very clean premises, good beds and linen. Very clean and airy apartment. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Frist day I arrived at apartment was clean. But for 4 days I was stay there no one come to clean no one Chang the bed cover OK if you don't want clean at least give me new bed cover and toilet paper but nothing. Was no have hot water for one day and when I call the stuff they say yes we know so I ask why no one inform me was so noisy at the morning and at night the road construction make it so difficult to find transportation form in or out the apartment all this was need to make the price down but not it not value of the money I pay I really regret to stay there I had the worst holiday ever.

Lots of space. Wonderful room. I was by myself on motorcycle for a trip through Scandinavia. Room had everything I need on a perfect location. Parking works amazing.

Location 5 minutes from Old Town
- you can enter shopping mall without leaving the building. The buildings are connected which is very convenient to get some shopping or a meal
- The apartment was quite big
- Good Wifi
- Comfortable bed
- Helpful landlord
- The Check in was done half by lockbox half by interaction with live host. There was a lock box with the keys, but I had to call the host for the code (this could be improved to make it fully automatic)
Two very small things: knives were dull and there was no sharpener and there was no vacuum cleaner or broom, which would be useful to keep the place clean during stay

Perfect location! Downstairs restaurants do close up early.
Kitchen is awful, especially the fridge. Kind of very basic all around.

Location was very nice! Big bed and big balcony! we liked our stay! :) Little problems to go in first with the code (random people let us in), but when we got key there was no problems anymore..

Bright, new, clean....floors, counters, appliances, linens. View from our apt. 9th floor fascinating. Adele is above large, upscale shopping mall with large selection of restaurants, also grocery in lower level. Shorter distance to Old Town than expected too.
Concrete construction of building blocked WiFi from our apt. Get clear instructions about opening doors, finding key. No reception desk.

Amazing 180 Deg view from apartment 63!! Perhaps the best in Tallinn!! Extremely spacious. Huge balcony. Excellent location. Walkable or easily accessible by public transport from all places of interest. Helpful owner/manager.
The shower cubicle door doesn’t move easily. Washing detergents were provided upon asking. Had to make an international call to know about taking the keys.

Great location, nice view of the buildings, pretty decently equipped.
Internet was inconsistent and terrible for an apartment in Tallinn and is the primary factor for this rating. Sometimes I only got 3-5 Mbps which is unacceptable in Tallinn, 50-100 is pretty standard here. Please upgrade. Felt a little outdated in decor and style.

It was an spacious apartment with very comfortable double-beds for each person, even for the kids.
The terrace receives a lot of sun and it could easily contain sofas, etc. (idea for the owner)
On the third floor, using the black magnetic key, you can access the parking of the Viru keskus and get there after a quick walk.
The kitchen has the basics to be there the weekend, but not to have a proper lunch or dinner at home. I understand the idea is to go out (which is perfect in this location) and use the apartment for basic breakfast (although there is no toaster unfortunately)
The checkin/checkout processes were not as smooth as I would have wished: Just remember to call the owner and pick keys from the 1-2-3 boxes close to the apartment (outside) and then, to leave the keys, i missed having instructions, but leaving them inside the postbox downstairs seemed to be OK :)

The view from the apartment is exceptional. The huge balcony is very comfortable and convenient for chilling out.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. Plenty of space, wonderful panorama on the balcony, very comfortable beds. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking - stove, dishes, pots, etc. There are many shops and a supermarket around, 10 minutes walk to the city center. Towels provided.
The Wi-Fi was very slow, sometimes the connection dropped. Also, for some reason, it was very hot in the apartment, despite the cold heaters.
