Location
Bed was extremely uncomfortable, springs coming out of the mattress. It was not addressed by the staff. The solution I was offered was to sleep on one side or the other of the king sized bed to avoid the springs. I checked in on the weekend and was told to let the manager know on Monday if it still bothered me. I told them it would still bother me on Monday and I would like a solution. No other solution was ever offered.
Also, I missed my mid-week cleaning day and one was never rescheduled despite me asking the receptionist. I had to ask for a change of towels by physically returning my used ones in the evening? In exchange for a fresh pair from the front desk.
Hotel restaurants have very limited hours of service.
As the least of the issues, pool towels provided are tiny.

spacious, air con, laundry in apartment, ample free parking, the view
it’s a bit run down, we got stuck in the elevator for 30 mins (no post-contact at all from staff), it’s a walk around the block from the Main Street (No cut through), hard to get meals from services on the property (not open a lot)

can walk to town
alarm clock exploded in our room cutting all power and could have injured or killed our child.
the elevator wasn’t working on arrival so we had to carry all bags up stairs.

The accomodation was fine. Clean and relatively comfortable but a bit dated and in need of an update.
I emailled Ramada with a question about my accomodation. They never replied and then tried to ping me fro a no show that I'd already sought to clarify with them, had they answered my question. Not unfriendly but a bit more care and concern would have improved the experiance.

The rooms were clean and were equipped with all amenities; kitchen, iron, full length mirror, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, tissues. Housekeeping was done daily, which was great!
The gym facility was messy and the equipment was limited.

The bar and restaurant was great. Swimming pool was really cool - looked like a mini beach.
Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect!
Beds were really uncomfortable.

The room was big, with a balcony. One of the receptionist, Mr Dylan, was incredibly efficient, professional and helpful. Unfortunately I cannot say the same of some of his colleagues. The location is alright: you can walk to the Anse Vata beach, but you need a taxi to reach any other attraction.
Misinformation. They confirmed my booking saying that my room had view over the racecourse, view lake, view mountain. What they omitted is that, just before the racecourse, there is a huge public parking used by cars, trucks and buses day and night. The “lake” is a pond inside the racecourse and the “mountain” is one of the many hills of Nouméa. The information about the revolving restaurant at the top of one of the towers were wrong: it is closed Sunday dinner, Monday and Tuesday, not only Sunday dinner as they state on the paper they give you during the check in. Very disappointing: because of that, I couldn’t book the restaurant that I was really keen to try. The cleanliness is definitely not their strength. To be noted also that for a five nights stay they give you just 2 sachets of soluble coffee, no more, and no milk.

Sports bar did not always have food available, breakfast or lunch and there were no signs or staff did not let you know when it was not available, so bad luck if you wanted something to eat .
The staff were not helpful at all ,any information we tried to get from reception was answered with a shrug . The iron in our room was broken , the toilet flush button kept falling off and into the toilet.

The staff are friendly and speak good English. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure for the shower was good. Although a bit of a walk, there are some 'nearby' restaurants which were good. The air-conditioning was a Godsend. Meals at the bar were okay.
The room was very dark and the lighting inadequate. There is a kitchenette but, again, inadequate lighting and no tea towel. If you are staying less than a week, there is no servicing of the room - we had to keep asking for more toilet paper and coffee because it's not regularly re-stocked. There's no milk provided for coffee - you have to ask at the bar for a cup of milk. The cups in the room are very small; mugs would be useful. Location wise, it's quiet and most activities offer hotel pick-up. It's about a 30-45 min drive from the airport but you can book a shuttle (not for free, by the way). It's a LONG walk to a supermarket and the local restaurants are about a 10 minute walk away. DO NOT eat at the hotel's revolving restaurant (360) it was an horrific experience and the movement of the room gives you motion sickness (which I don't normally ever suffer from). There's no room service so you have to either try to see what you're cooking, go to the bar or go out to eat. NB full meals are not always on offer at the bar, either. The pool area isn't great and there's next to no shade poolside if you want to relax outside but not fry yourself. Overall, I expected more but I guess you get what you pay for.

Don't judge a book by its cover, we stayed at a number of hotels in Noumea, and far more pricey ones than the Ramada, but the Ramadas bed and pillows were the most comfy of them all, with the best night sleep we had during our time in New Caladonia.
Kitchen was really handy, and table for two to be seated in the room were great.
Yes it could do with a bit of a make over (our room anyway), but we felt comfortable, and enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly staff and good location for all noumea attractions, very pleased with our week with them. The Bar manager was exceptionally friendly.
Would have preferred walk in shower rather than over bath.

the location to Anse Vata Bay, the swimming pool, the Sports Bar, the friendly helpful staff at reception
it is a bit tired and could do with fresh coat of paint and some new furniture. For instance, the sofa bed / couch was uncomfortable to sit on.

Price was reasonable and location was great.
The room wasnt cleaned for the entire stay.

Close to the sea, very large rooms and ample free parking.
The hotel is run down and could use an overall renovation - especially the rooms. Shower was broken upon arrival, fixed only next day. The wifi should *not* be listed as free as you only get 500Mb which is crazy is 2022. Additional data charged at $10 (!) but payment portal was down so no remote work. Towels are not changed daily and I had to carry the wet towels I used to clean the leaking shower myself to the front desk. All of this would be sort of okay in a 2 star youth hostel but for these rates there are much better options in Noumea.

Good sized room, in decent location
Aged property. Room and lift definitely were not refurbished in 2018 as on the website. Stayed at Hotel Beaurivage earlier in my trip and was a lot better and cheaper

The room was large the bed uncomfortable. Two single beds joined together with a huge ridge between them.
the Breakfast is average and served only from 7.30 am served in the Sports bar at an additional cost.
Check In staff was rude, Check out staff pleasant.
I was unable to book through Wyndham Hotel Group and when advising the Check In staff they were not interested in assisting me. I will be taking this matter to Wyndham.
