Sea Oats H102 is very spacious and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Great for families! The living room has a SMART TV that is the perfect spot to gather and enjoy your favorite TV show after a fun-filled day at the beach. View NETFLIX, Amazon Prime, HULU, etc on your own account on this TV. Take in the partial view of beach & sparkling gulf water views from your private balcony. Enjoy the salt breeze from the porch swing and watch the sunsets over the water! This waterfront complex features 4 pools (2 large main pools, 2 kiddie pools), deeded beach access and private boat launch, this complex has it all! Condo is a large, fully equipped 2Br/2Ba unit that sleeps 8! This first floor condo is located on West Beach, directly across from its own private beach! This vacation condo has some recent updates including new kitchen counters & backsplash (Oct 2016)! The private balcony has a partial view of the beach. Fully equipped kitchen has all appliances and an ice maker in the refrigerator. Condo has 3 CableTVs (ALL FLAT SCREEN/TV in Living Room is Smart), VCR & 2 DVDs. Sea Oats H102 also has a full size washer & dryer and a single cup coffee maker. Parking is on-site under the building in an assigned spot; $32.00/veh Complex has dock for fishing and boating and BBQ grilling areas. Condo was a great location, short walk to the beach. Condo had a couple things wrong but did not trouble our stay. Master bath toilet did not flush unless we took the lid of tank and move the thing inside. Bath tubs took forever to drain. Loved that the beach was not busy . The pool was nice.

Relaxing Family Vacation
We had the most relaxing family vacation here. Just a very short walk to the get to the beach and it was never too crowded. The bathrooms are a bit small, and our iron and vacuum cleaner didn’t work but those things were not that big of a deal to us. The kitchen was very well stocked with what we needed as we cooked several nights during our stay. My family would most definitely stay here again! The swing on the balcony was my favorite!

The only bad thing was the pots and pans were horrible with sticking. The condo was clean, awesome veiw! We saw dolphins every morning from the balcony. Short walk across to the beach, the pool is nice.

We did enjoy our time in Gulf Shores. To avoid this in the future since guests pay for the cleaning service fee I would recommend a review of the housekeeping that is being done. Not only was the whole condo dirty, the furniture disheveled and covered in sand, but there was broken fans, closet doors, burnt out lights, and the dishes in the cabinets were dirty and needed cleaned before use. Which made our initial impression very poor. We like the location and the amenities, there was plenty of space for the 6 of us to rest and enjoy our time together. The porch swing was the best part.

No elevator and closet door fell on my 5 year old granddaughter due to being broke and no wash clothes at all and found gum stuck in bed and 2 earrings underneath it

Not even close to what we expected. Location is ok. About a 5 minute walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and bars. The condo itself is poorly managed and cleaned. Light bulbs in the bathrooms were out. The kicker was seeing food and dirt under the furniture. Fish crackers and life savors. Also puzzle pieces on the floor. To top it off we saw a cockroach crawl out from underneath the wall. It was a place to lay our heads at night but that was about it. Not even close to being worth what we paid.

Great Place!
Over all the whole process of booking and check in was super easy and stress free! The location of the property to the beach was fantastic! It had plenty of space! The only issue was cleanliness, the cabinets were dirty in both bathrooms, master bathroom floor was super dirty and the kitchen cabinets all needed wiped down! Just needed a good deep cleaning and I expected more as far as cleanliness but other wise the place was great

Tons of space
Our family of 5 stayed and had tons of space! Perfect beach access! Full size washer and dryer was so convenient! It is due for a deep clean. We didn’t cook much but some of the kitchen accessories could be updated like a sharp knife, a pair of scissors, and a Keurig. We would stay here again.

Very conveniently located just off the main section of the strip, but close enough to be near anything you may want to do. The property was perfect for us and our family. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay
The condo was nice and I enjoyed using the swing on the balcony. We like staying at Sea Oats because it’s right across from the beach. We have stayed at this complex many times.
I understand we are in a difficult time right now, however I will never rent from Gulf Sands again. I have never had to go by a property office to pick up information on a condo rental. In addition, I was sent an email at approximately 3:45pm on arrival day that our unit was ready. Imagine our surprise when we arrived at 4:45 and our condo wasn’t ready. I sent an email to
Gulf Sands stating the unit wasn’t ready for us. The reply stated during high peak time, housekeeping as until 5pm. Nowhere in my paper work was this stated. If that is true, pleas don’t allow people to check in until 5. There should be no need to provide an arrival time if you still have to go by the office to receive instructions. Also, if you all of your units are full and housekeeping can’t keep up, hire more people to clean, or go out and help them. In addition, when we arrived at the office to pick up condo information, the next set of renters envelope was in our box too. We graciously placed it back inside the box. Which again, means the arrival time doesn’t matter. The whole checkin process was a joke if our condo wasn’t ready and wouldn’t have been ready at 5:00 anyway. Really disappointed in the management group. If I knew who the owners were of the condo, I would contact them and tel them to find a new company.

Amazing family vacation!
We had a wonderful time and absolutely loved the condo!! We had a wonderful beach view!! It was very easy to get to the beach, especially with kid's. We loved the pool and enjoyed spending our evening's there.

Sea oats stay
Older property but functional
We had a late check-in when we arrived at our unit (the key pad worked fine) the dead bolt was locked it took 15 minutes and several phone calls to get access to the lock box and the dead bolt key.

Great overall experience. Nice property with swimming pool access and private beach. Some of the furniture was a little dingy and that’s the only thing that could have been made any better.

Location and view excellent! Interior and cleanliness lacking.
Location was excellent as was the view. However, the interior needs attention. The kitchen has been remodeled and it was fine. Plenty of utensils and pots/pans. Need new mattresses in the bedroom with the two full beds, they have a board in between the mattress and box springs. Walls had chipped paint and scuff marks. My biggest issue was cleanliness. When you have to purchase products to mop the floors because the soles of your feet are black from the floor, there's a problem. The interior of the washing machine had not been cleaned from the previous guests and the dirt/dust on and around the machine indicated the area had not been cleaned in months. Linens were clean, bedspreads were filthy. And there was a pile of dust behind the headboards.
I would encourage the owners or those managing the property to inspect the condo after the cleaning team is done. It's basic housekeeping folks. I would also encourage the owners to invest in a little maintenance; buy some Rustoleum and spray paint the chains on the porch swing. Plastic vines woven in the chains to hide the rust doesn't work. The chairs on the deck were rusty also.
Again, if the owners would be willing to invest a little, this condo would be an absolute beauty.
