The breakfast was good. But that was the only good thing about this hotel.

There is no elevator on the hotel, so if you come with suitcases and your room is on the third floor, you'll need to make all the way up on a tiny stairs with all the baggage on you hands. If your stay does not include an entrance to the Aquapark, prepare to pay a lot for the entire family, it's very expensive compared to all other activities in the village. Ohh, and the towels are not included, so you'll have to pay extra for a pair of small towels. The rooms are small, no shower cream/body cream is given.

Except of one lady at the reception, all staff at reception, restaurant and aquapark were really unfriendly and grumpy. It wasn’t even busy (off season) where I would have understood some kind of stress level. No Wi-Fi at the room (even though promised) due to very very poor signal. Despite the nice scenery I don’t think I would come back here

Room was everything we expected. Location was perfect. Breakfast had the same food. Dinner: Some meals were too salty. Disappointing.

aquapark looks much better on photos, in fact it is quite small - open 10-21 sauna is paid extra

very nice place to stay with kids. there's a playground and of course, the waterpark that is available for guests for free. we had breakfast included and also dinner. both were very nice. there is plenty of parking. the location is less than 5 min driving from the town center.

Location of this hotel is just perfect for us - quiet, peaceful and great starting point for our hiking trips, and only a short walk away from the town centre. Also, breakfast were good - we're vegetarians and it's not always easy to get veggie options in CZ ;)

We traveled as a family of 5, with 3 kids. The family (joined) room was perfect for us, with good size rooms and two bathrooms. Meals were good, with perhaps not enough of vegetarian options (but that's not uncommon in CZ), all fresh and tasty. Swimming pool with slides is definitely a bonus for kids :) One missing thing was lack of table we could all sit by in our rooms (only coffee tables). Overall, very nice and clean hotel, with good good, great location and friendly staff.

nice playground

Particular property buildings are not joined together, there's no covered sidewalk or a tunnel. So moving from the room to restaurant or aquapark you have to walk outside. Then the aquapark could have more flexible price model.

Comfortable, clean, easy to access, a lot of variety in terms of activities that you can do, especially for a family with children

The restaurant is a bit lacklustre. Very few choices. You can eat better in other places

We loved the location of this place. It’s on the quiet side of Spyndleruv mlyn. The staff was very nice and accommodating. There’s a really great playground for kids in front of the hotel.

We were disappointed by the aqua park. The space is really small. Not many things to do. The worst was the temperature of the air and the water in the pool. It was so cold! Even the jacuzzi was only lukewarm. So was the shower and changing area.

Excellent mattresses and the best sheets and pillows ever plus the fresh mountain air and panoramic sceneries. Lots of entertainment restaurants bars etc. Above average buffet and the Aquapark.

They charge pets. Some guests were smoking in the room windows within daytime throwing fags near to my car and not accepting smoking areas without being seen by staff. Non professional waiters behavior in the and food quality in the restaurants downtown. The outside artificial lake with the beach is not for swimming.

The location is great. Ideally located to explore the surrounding area. Rooms spacious, clean and comfy. Great food and waiting staff. Aquapark (pool) came handy especially as I was given 2 hours free of charge a day.

The dining area is small so guests are divided into 2 groups from breakfast and dinners. Unfortunately even with this measure in place it was almost impossible to get seated for breakfast.
