Maravilhoso. Ficamos em um quarto c vista para o jardim interno e mesmo assim foi incrível. Sem barulho, cama excelente. Café da manhã tem de tudo, omelete feito pela chefe simplesmente delicioso. Usei a academia que foi bem ok. O front desk super atencioso. A localização perfeita. Nota 10 para tudo. Melhor ever.

Cheiro forte de comida nos corredores vindo do restaurante, e discreto cheiro no quarto

Very difficult to park, you have to give your key to the concierge, once you find the hotel, which is on a restricted access with no cars. Aircon and fridge didn't work, when you've had a long drive tired, just eaten and get into the room late the last thing you want to do is move or ring the reception to sort.

Check in only at 3pm. Coming from oversea we asked for any sort of earlier check in and staff didn’t bother to even try

A peu près tout Le lieu avec la vue sur la cathédrale, les services proposés et la restauration en chambre. La chambre et la literie qui était spacieuse, confortable et calme, et les petites attentions nombreuses. La salle de bain est magnifique, et la chambre très belle. L'accueil du personnel est top.

Je suis déçue sur des items gastronomiques en effet je pense que pour le petit déjeuner du pain frais (baguette, pain complet ou autre) venue d'une boulangerie artisanale serait appréciable (notamment vue le standing de l'établissement). Il en va de même pour les pains qui accompagnaient les plats de la Grande Georgette du pain frais par un boulangerie serait en adéquation avec le positionnement de l'établissement Cerise sur le gâteau même si les attentions sont nombreuses et qualitatives dans la chambre prévoir un peigne, si vos hôtes ont oublié et peut être quelques petites douceurs qui accompagnent le café.

Tout et l’implication de tous pour nous rendre le séjour très agréable.

Service des Personals entspricht in keinster Weise 5 Sterne man wartet bis jemand kommt um die Bestellung aufzunehmen, dann wartet man wieder dass man bezahlen kann Auf bestellte Nüsse und Aschenbecher auf der Terrasse warten wir immer noch Personal beim Frühstück räumen benutzte Teller nicht ab, Brot aus dauerte bis Nachschub kommt Personal unfreundlich Valet Parken von 8 Uhr bis 22 Uhr , wenn man später zurück kommt, mussten wir uns außerhalb Parkplatz suchen Passt alles nicht zu einem Hotel in der Preisklasse

Excellent location, beautiful hotel, clean, friendly and helpful staff

The hotel literally faces the Cathedral and was perfect for the exploration on foot of Reims. The hotel has the air of luxury with impressive reception and hidden snugs for reading, drinks or relaxation.

The rooms are functional. Not very big (despite having a suite) and no where to relax except 'on the bed'. The rooms are literally bedrooms only. Very limited slots to book the spa and pool, we were there for 3 days and 1 hour was available on 2nd day.

Overall, the rooms were nice and well maintained but didn't match the price or our expectations.

We booked suite with the view and got one on the 5th floor. It feels like this floor was built later. It's right up the top but has a metal balcony that obstructs the view of the cathedral. Also we constantly were bothered by the noise, my assumption is that aircon is on the roof and it generated a lot of white noise, which in my opinion, shouldn't be the case for the top room category. The spa was quite disappointing. Mostly the fact that it's indoors and rather enclosed. It didn't feel inviting and was a little dated.

Comfortable and worth the money

Very good location, good and helpful staff, was there on a Sunday so benefit of location not the best re restaurants in area!

Perfect location. Spacious room with a view of the cathedral - you can’t get any closer :) Very kind staff, helping with parking. Nice spa. Top-notch breakfast. Make sure to check out restaurant “La grande Georgette" as it’s one of the best in Reims. A little pricey - yes, but is worth its money.

Modern and clean with a high end stylish finish.

The location was excellent and the staff very friendly and professional. The restaurant was also very good and the food was of a very high standard.

The location was absolutely superb. The room was beautifully presented and lovely and clean and a stunning view.

The room was very small. Maybe the layout had something to do with this, but we had a view of the cathedral, however with two of us and two suitcases, we were tripping over each other and the bathroom was also small. When we arrived, the taxi could not take us to the main entrance as this was a no car zone. We arrived at the rear entrance and there was no way to contact reception to get them to open the door for us. Our taxi driver was kind enough to phone through to reception to advise that we were there, however nobody came to let us in. Eventually some guests who where visiting the spa opened the door for us. No lift, only stairs that we had to carry our suitcases up. We are from a long way away and have been travelling for four weeks. Our suitcases were very heavy. Not a great start to our trip. We also had a fire alarm at 8am due to someone smoking in their room. The lady in the hotel who booked a trip for us was very efficient, but not at all friendly. It really put us off Reims as a destination to honest. We wouldn't bother visiting again.
