House had beautiful views and a nice pool. Appreciate the pool floats. Location is very private except the owner does stay on the property in the cottage next to the house. There were some things that were good and some things not so good. Sliding doors kept getting stuck. Never could lock the master bedroom slider. Ice machine stopped working after a day, pans to cook with were poor, and the house needed a good cleaning. One guest said the electric outlets didn’t work in her bedroom/bath. (Take your own hairdryer-the ones there are not great) I didn’t go on vacation to clean. Nice area to stay at, close to all we wanted to do, and the ocean breeze made it a joy to be outside. Lots of beautiful flowers and plants. If the house had been clean I would have given a higher ranking. No pillow protectors which grossed us out. We did enjoy coming back to STX, we owned a home there for a few years so I understand the challenges of island living, and probably couldn’t rent to people- that takes guts. All and all, it could have been a perfect place, just needs some maintenance and attention to things that matter to guests.

We spent a wonderful 3 months here. The house is even better than the pictures. Celeste and Matt were always right there if we needed anything. The views are breathtaking. We truly hated to leave.

This house is beautiful inside and out and the views don’t even seem real. Matt helped us get to and from the airport and was the nicest and most helpful host I’ve ever had. (I travel a lot too) My kids loved the house and pool and my friends and I had an amazing time! Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Saint Croix!

Each room was private, beds were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed and more. Views were spectacular. The hosts were very accommodating, helped guide us to the house, responded when we needed something and respectful of our privacy. Lovely trip. We highly recommend Matt & Celeste’s home.

The house was beautiful. It had a large living area and kitchen and 4 nice size bed rooms. The living area had large sliding windows that allowed the ocean breeze to cool the house. In the evening there were ac units in every room. The swimming pool was perfect for days that you wanted to spend at home with the family.

Matt met us at the airport and showed us where the store was and then to the estate. The home was beautiful with all the amenities. I would recommend this to anyone. We had a great time with friends and renew our 20yr vows on a beach nearby. Thanks again for making our stay great!

Coffee on the deck was breathe taking at sunrise and the castle view on pool side was just as beautiful!! Matt is also a talented artist so we enjoyed all his art work displayed in the home. The home is right near several beaches and restaurants. We loved the wings from castaways and the burgers from cheeseburger in Americas paradise!!! Just an amazing home. I hesitate to tell how great this place is because we are going back and we fear it will become too popular... views to die for, extremely comfortable, great hosts, all you could ever want in a vacation home. The pictures don’t do justice, the grill is amazing, you can spend hours on the decks, the pool is perfect for keeping cool, the garden is a great touch. And did I mention the views? Hosts were nearby and available, extremely helpful and genuinely nice and welcoming. All the highest grades given.

This was our family's first trip to St. Croix and we were incredibly impressed with the property... comfortable furnishings, close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, fully stocked home/kitchen, and beyond beautiful views! Our hosts were equally incredible! Matt even met us at the airport in order to lead us to the local grocery store and then to the property. He was available for all of our questions and had great suggestions for touring around the island. If this property is available, book now, you will love it!!!

The house was absolutely amazing! It was even better than we were expecting. Matt and Celeste were wonderful hosts. They did everything they could to help our stay be comfortable and relaxing. The views from the balconies were spectacular, the pool was very nice and relaxing and all the amenities were everything we needed. We are very much looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Beautiful and clean setting. The hosts were wonderful. The house had everything. We had a great time in Grapetree. All the outdoor activities and good restaurants were so close. We travel a lot and we highly recommend this property

This property was absolute bliss, our views overlooked the beautiful turquoise waters! Matt & Celeste were probably the most accommodating host I’ve ever dealt with! They even met us at the airport to show us where the property was. The house is fully equipped with everything from beach/pool accessories to kitchen needs! Everyone in our group was more than comfortable and enjoyed their stay! Also wonderful that the beach was a short 3-5 min drive. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Everything from the owners to the property was magnificent!! The view is spectacular! The property has all you need and more! Our family enjoyed every second we were there. Don’t hesitate booking this place! You won’t be disappointed!!

Our expectations were very high before we arrived and Celeste's property did not disappoint. There is simply not enough space to write how much we loved our stay. If we had to choose a few highlights they would be: Views - on both sides of the house were simply breathtaking. We each found our favorite spot (mine was the lower deck where I could watch the sea gulls) and spend days listening to music and reading. On-site caretaker - Celeste's sister and brother-in-law live on-site in a small cottage and were absolutely wonderful from escorting us from the airport to the house and answering all of our questions about the house and local beaches. Really, really nice people. House - large, clean, well-stocked kitchen (just like home, seriously) and lots of privacy for our party of 7. And the beds were the most comfortable any of us have ever slept on. The pool was a must-have when it gets hot and was a great size and had views of its own. Windows on both sides of the house allowed for cooling breezes to flow throughout the house. We only used A/C in the bedrooms at night. Location - The East End is a dryer and less-populated than the Christiansted and West side of the islands but it is our favorite. Super quiet with lovely beaches and good restaurants. Overall, a wonderful visit and we feel fortunate to have spent time in this house. I would stay here again without reservation or hesitation. Thank you!

We had a wonderful week! Celeste and Matt were very accommodating! The house has everything you could possibly need for a week home away from home! The view from the house can only really be appreciated in person- it is amazing!!
