Very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were all very comfortable. House was very bright, lots of windows and lights. Nice outside patio. There were 8 women and 4 bathrooms, perfect. House was big enough that everyone could have space. Nice, safe neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Loved our stay. Came in for a wedding as an adult family needing accommodations to sleep 8. House was perfect, Linda was fabulous, always ready to help. Location was very nice. As near the center of town but, away from the noise. I would rent again

The house was very clean. Close enough to the shops that we walked a lot. Beds were comfortable. The only thing I would add would be a hand held faucet in the bathrooms that only had a tub. That way couples wouldn’t have to share a shower. We loved the chairs out front and spent a lot of down time out there.

It is very roomy inside and out. Directions to which street to take downtown would be most helpful. I think we we walked more than we should have. We had a map, but never having been there, it was hard to actually navigate the shortest route. We would stay again if in the area!

We stayed at the property with 2 other couples to celebrate my husband's 59th Birthday for a long weekend in St Augustine. It was the perfect place with an ideal location that was an easy walking distance to great restaurants, distilleries, breweries and attractions. The house was clean, suitable for a larger group with beautifully updated kitchen and bathrooms.

Our group of 10 had the house and the garage apartment. The beds were comfortable and amazing. The location is perfect for exploring St. Augustine. The communal space was great for hanging out both inside and outside. Will definitely look to book this property again when in the area.

If you are looking for an authentic stay in St Augustine where you can just walk out the door and walk around downtown, this is definitely the place. The beaches were only 10 minutes drive away-either towards North or South.
The house is an old house but it was very clean inside and the kitchen and bathrooms were newly renovated. The beds were super comfortable.
Everyone in our party was happy to stay here.

The historic lady was a great place to get away! It was very clean, spacious, and had a wonderful kitchen.
Our host Linda was also extremely helpful and had wonderful communication. I would definitely stay here again!

A group of my friends stayed at the Historic Lady for a quick weekend trip and absolutely loved it! Most our time was spent in town, which was great because the house is located in walking distance of so many great restaurants. Would definitely return as a guest! One note for people who like to have coffee at home- there is a coffee machine and Keurig but you’ll need to bring your own grinds/pods. We took advantage of the local coffee shops though :)

The home was beautiful. The bathrooms were elegantly remodeled. The home was comfortable. It was an easy walk to old town SA. The owner was helpful in answering questions ahead of our stay.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for our daughter's wedding weekend! We invited the bridal party over to "get ready" with hair and make-up the day of the wedding. With all the windows and natural light, it made for great photos and worked out great! Accommodations were wonderful and the beds are super comfy! Not too far from St. George st., just a few blocks. Would definitely stay here again. The owners were very accommodating.

I’ve been bringing my 9th& 10th grade American history students to St. Augustine for a historical field trip the past three years. I have had rude host, dirty rentals, and overall not great experiences. But this year, this host, this trip it was just a whole different experience. It truly was a trip that will last a life time I’m so grateful for this place and our wonderful host. I give it all the stars 10 out of 10.

We rented this place to have our very relaxing bachelorette. The house easily accommodated 8 girls and had plenty of space to sit and play games, and get ready. It’s a quick 5-10 minute walk to the downtown restaurants and a 15 minute drive to the beach. I recommend it highly!

The online pictures are gorgeous and the property in person is even more so. Thoughtful upgrades, lovely antiques and comfortable furniture enhance your stay. The beds and linens are perfect and the bathrooms are well appointed. The home is clean and spacious with ample parking. The host, Linda, communicates promptly and thoroughly. When we had problems with our lock code, she was at the house in 5 mins and took care of it. Location is great for enjoying all St Augustine offers. You will not be disappointed with this property.

Wonderful stay at Historic Lady! There were 6 adults sharing the house and there was plenty of space, communal areas and private spots in the house to keep us all happy for 4 days.
One of the couples arrived early and the homeowner was gracious enough to allow us in early, but the original door code did not work. The homeowner was there in minutes to update the locks for us. She even offered to walk them through the house to outline all the amenities.
Quick walk into the central St Augustine area which allows for all of the fun, but also far enough away to all for all of the rest! Would highly recommend this property!

This home is exactly as the pictures present it. Excellent living/kitchen space, four bathrooms (2 with showers and 2 with tubs) and located perfectly as it is a very short walk to all the action on George street!

Clean, updated property. Well maintained. Attentive service by owner. Great location within walking distance of old St Augustine. Only downside was below freezing temps (not property manager's fault). Florida house was not built for such temps so extra blankets would have been appreciated.

The Historic Lady is a grand old home which has been very nicely restored and updated. It was very clean and each couple had a lovely bedroom. The beds were very comfortable.
The kitchen had everything we needed and was very nice.
Plenty of space to "just hang-out".
The house is within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit. We literally parked the cars on arrival and never moved them til we left.
We all enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend The Historic Lady".

This house is fantastic! We were there to celebrate my big 5 Oh! and the location of the house could not have been better. It was me, my husband and my mom in the house. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom so we could enjoy ultimate comfort. The house is very charming, clean, nicely updated and retaining historical charm. We ate out all of the time, but it is well stocked for cooking if you choose to cook at the house. Parking is great right at the house. Just a few blocks to all of the charming shops and fantastic restaurants St. Augustine has to offer. St. Augustine does it right for Christmas! So many beautiful lights and well decorated homes and businesses, plus all of the leg lamps, LOL! We could not have been happier or more comfortable! Only wish we would have stayed longer!! Thank you!

Our family gathered in Saint Augustine for a wedding- and had a magical time together thanks to having just perfectly located lodging at this historic charming residence! Our adult children and their children all together- the accommodations were perfect- with sleeping porches- large enough room to accommodate children and a lovely garage apartment- the host- Linda was the best and communicated wonderfully- also despite the large gathering for the Night of Lights- the neighborhood was quiet and the location afforded us many opportunities to walk without having to worry about parking downtown- highly recommend this location and owner.

This house as well as the cottage were both perfect for what we needed. There was 14 of us all together and we had plenty of space. They were both beautiful clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Easy walking distance to downtown in a very nice neighborhood. The owner was extremely good with communication, we had a slight problem with the door code but she was easily reached and the problem was taken care of within minutes. Overall I would stay here again and would highly recommend!
