About this house rental
Nestled in Marco Island, this lovely house for R 7,714 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. ENJOY INCREDIBLE WEATHER and RELAXING ATMOSPHERE in our NEWLY BUILT VACATION HOME with all NEW FURNISHINGS. Our home has a split floor plan with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a comfy king size bed and French doors that lead to the lanai and pool. The French doors can be left open in the evening to enjoy the beautiful breeze. The large, en suite bath includes dual sinks, free standing soaking tub and large walk-in shower. The opposite wing of our home has two guest bedrooms with queen size beds. For additional sleeping space, the private den has a queen size sofa bed. All rooms have smart flat screen TVs. The spacious open-floor plan for the living room, dining room and fully stocked kitchen with large island is perfect for family and friends to gather. Opening the French doors to the sunny screened lanai will allow for alfresco dining as well. Treat yourself to a swim in the refreshing heated pool. Our western exposure lanai lets you relax in the sun during the day, and enjoy beautiful sunsets in the evening! If you prefer white sandy beaches, we have beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, coolers and a rolling beach cart for our guests. We also have two adult bikes (it’s a great way to explore the island). No need to worry about bed and bath linens ………. everything is provided. We are always happy to share with our guests. Very clean, it had everything we needed, great communication with the owner Mary Ann, loved the updated decor and felt right at home. We have stayed at the JW Marco for the last 8 years and decided on a change. I'm so glad we did. We had a wonderful vacation. Thank You!

Our time at this property couldn't have been any better. The property was absolutely beautiful and even better than the pictures reflected. I was in touch with the owner prior to our trip as she provided us with some fantastic restaurant suggestions. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed at our fingertips. We enjoyed cooking while we were there and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay at this property again!!!

First time for Marco island and it was wonderful. The house looks new. The pool was heated and the water temp was perfect. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Don’t hesitate to rent here.

Fantastic vacation home for our family of 4! We enjoyed the pool every day and were only a short drive away from the public beach access points, local restaurants and shopping. A beautiful, clean property with an excellent host who was very responsive to our questions prior to and during our stay.

Such a nice, clean, modern property with lovely amenities. I tend to notice details and there were so many well done aspects to this property. Our kids and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely stay again at this beautiful house. Mary Ann was a joy to work with. She helped us find a guard rail for my young son and we were even able to use the nice pull out couch in the den. Thank you so much! Probably the nicest overall rental we've ever been to!

I shared concerns about accessibility for my dad given his limited mobility, and she graciously arranged for two grab bars to be installed in the master shower and a railing to be added at the pool's entry! These simple additions made such a difference for my dad and gave the rest of the family valuable peace of mind during our stay.
The home is beautifully decorated with a fresh, beachy feel. There are so many cozy spots for family to gather...dinner and drinks out on the private lanai, midnight snacks around the large kitchen island, morning coffee in the cozy den. Everything was clean and tidy, and the house was well equipped with everything from linens and dishes to cling wrap and laundry soap! All appliances (including a great Weber grill) and TVs worked well, and we appreciated having access to wifi throughout our stay. The few times I messaged Mary Ann with questions, she was quick to reply and so helpful.
The garage was filled with pool and beach equipment for us to use. We brought in groceries and spent most of our time out by the pool, but the house is just a short drive to many great restaurants, beaches, and parks. My family LOVES Sweet Annie’s Ice Cream Parlour. :)
The only complaint I have about our stay is the frequency of emergency sirens in the area. The neighborhood is lovely, so this is not a reflection on the location of the house. I suspect on such a small island, we would encounter this noise just about anywhere.
It’s always a bit nerve-racking to rent a space online, site unseen, but this house was a home run. Thank you, Mary Ann, for sharing your beautiful vacation home with us!

The property was exactly as pictured and described and we could not have been happier with the accommodations. We will certainly be back!

I have been using VRBO for years and without a doubt, this house is the most beautiful and most welcoming of all! The house is well equipped with everything you need and off course you cannot beat the pool and the privacy around.
The first thing my wife when we walked in is "the house is actually more beautiful than the pictures "

This house was perfect for our family of four. The pool stayed about 90 degrees the entire week. Everything was new and very clean. This was our first time to Marco. The house was a little further away from activities than we are used to from other vacations but other than that it was amazing.

Great Clean New Home
This house was exactly as described as everything you could possibly need and want was thought in this rental. My wife loved the double washer/dryer! The only thing that could have made this rental more would have been a hot tub, but the owner made up for that by heating the pool to a perfect temp! We’ve been coming to Marco for 10 years now and for this price, you cannot beat this rental anywhere on Marco Island!

Amazing house on Marco Island
We were fortunate to spend the months of January and February in this beautiful home. The location on the Island is ideal for shopping and dining. The house has two wings with a large central area for dining and socializing. The heated pool was beautiful and maintained by the pool company each week. There was a Weber grill along with bikes and beach chairs. The owner had all the basic supplies you would need until you are settled in and able to go to the store. I would recommend this property to anyone that wants a delightful stay on Marco Island.
