I just stayed here with my spouse and two children. We had a great time and it was one of the nicer VRBOs we have stayed in. I think some of the prior ratings were hypercritical - the house was clean, a five minute walk to the beach, near so many restaurants and things to do. Clean towels folded at the end of each bed. The tub does have a soft spot (did not think much of it) but was clean and had great water pressure. Do bring all of your own condiments including salt/pepper/non-stick spray.

Perfect little spot! our family of 4 stayed for a week, great location-walking distance to the beach. Private. had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. would definitely recommend and stay again!

I really wanted to like this property. At first appearance it looked amazing. But once we got settled we realized that it needs a deep clean and maintenance. The light in the second bedroom ceiling fan is still broken even though someone commented about it almost 3 years ago. The upstairs is very warm to sleep. So I switched the ceiling fan to blow down and the amount of dust that came off of the fan made it look like it was snowing in the room. There is a big hole in the master bedroom door. The outside furniture is not useable since it is metal and rusted. One of the bike tires is flat again even though that has also been complained about. Burnt out light bulbs in the upstairs bathroom I know it happens — please leave extra in the condo. The tub has mold around the inside and no cocking on the floor. It literally feels rotten underneath it when you are taking a luke warm shower. My 16 year old even commented that he hoped I didn’t fall through the ceiling when I was taking a shower. But the most disappointing item were the dead cockroaches in the kitchen cabinets. One being in the silverware drawer. We did not contact the owners when we were there…. That’s something I feel shouldn’t need to happen while I’m renting their place. They just need to take the time to give the town home a deep cleaning and replace the items that need attention. It was a super cute area and a great location. But I would not stay in this townhome again.

Place is beautiful, walking distance to the beach and perfect for a family of four. It’s close to restaurants. We had the best time at the beach and this beautiful house accommodated us comfortably. Communication with the owner was good and response time was almost immediate.

Great location, easy walk to the beach. The parking was good with four spots in front and ample parking in the back. I really wanted to like this property, it's very basic and did lack some things we needed in the kitchen. The master bedroom mattress was very hard. I opted to sleep on the futon, which you'll fall into the crack in you do. The "outdoor shower" consisted of a garden hose with a broken spigot. There was a better option at the beach, not worth making a fuss about. Lastly, the upstairs bathroom is in need of a sink and tub update. The bathtub literally had mildew around the caulk and judging from the looks of it, it's not going anywhere. That in and of itself was extremely off putting to us. The master bedroom door had a hole in it as if someone had punched it. Given all of these things together, I wouldn't stay again. I've been to multiple rental properties which set the bar high and this home just did not do it for us. The location was great though but the place needs improvement.

The beach was a short walk away which we loved! We could walk so many places from here with the central location to many restaurants, coffee shops and stores. Place was clean, nice and convenient for our stay.

We enjoyed the location and being able to walk to the beach and local shops. The rooms were clean and the decor was fun. It was a tad warm upstairs but then again it was a hot weekend. Nothing that prevented us from sleeping or anything. All in all a good stay.

I stayed here with my husband and grown son while our extended family rented a large house across the street. This place was perfect for us. The property was exceptionally clean, and smelled wonderful when we entered. The furniture is very comfortable and small tidy kitchen was well stocked for our cooking/ meals. The queen bed was very comfortable, and a little on the firm side which suited me and my husband very well. We appreciated the TV in the bedroom as well. The location can't be beat, short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. You really don't need your car once parked. I highly recommend this condo.

Very nice. The shower tub is in need of replacement, but other than that it's a wonderful place. Perfect location and the 2 bikes you can use were a big hit. We recommend Stack'm high pancakes for breakfast and jack brown for dinner. All walking distance. Also, hags head watersports for jet ski rentals. It's was a super vacation. Very happy with the stay. Would stay here again.

We loved the condo. Short walk to the beach & restaurants. It’s beautifully decorated, nice areas to sit & hang in the living /dining room. Big tv’s, comfy beds. The 1.5 bath is nice with kids especially. The kitchen is nicely stocked. Loved it all.

Cute vrbo only suggestion would be to please add more pillows and towels we had a family of 5 and no beach towels and very limited bathing towels with no washer and dryer and 6 days that got a bit tricky. But very cute place comfortable and spotless and clean so really pleased with all of that.

They also quickly got us a clean set of sheets (a previous renter folded up and put back dirty linens so the cleaner didn’t think they were used). Overall I would still recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay here. Really good location. The bikes that were provided was a nice amenity, we used them a lot. I wish it was a little bigger. The futon couch and recliner wasn’t enough seating for five people, so we had to use a dining chair. The owner was great at trying to get the cable company to come fix the internet. They also quickly got us a clean set of sheets (a previous renter folded up and put back dirty linens so the cleaner didn’t think they were used). Overall I would still recommend staying here.

My husband and I had a wonderful time! Location of the property was wonderful. The host was very kind and answered emails very quickly! The bikes were a big hit as well.

The owner was very nice and accommodating.
I would definitely stay here every time if the air unit was replaced because that was the only issue I had. Neighbors were friendly as well.
If you park before 5 ish you can park right next to the stairs but any later you will be parking in a lot which is still close by.
Be sure to look at your map because Seri will take you to a parking lot with no exits.

Absolutely wonderful!
A few coworkers and I wanted a getaway weekend at the beach, and little did we know that our getaway destination would be a little slice of heaven. We walked in and all immediately commented on the pristine condition and beauty of the home. The kitchen was stocked with any utensil you could need and the home was beyond comfortable - even the futon in the living room is so comfortable that we took turns sleeping on it! At this location, you’re so close to the beach and restaurants that you truly do not have to leave once you get there. Adrianne was prompt in reply with answers to the multiple questions I asked before our trip began, and she gave me information I didn’t know I needed! We all bookmarked this home and talked about coming back in the future. I’d recommend it to the people I love most as I trust that they will also experience all things wonderful here. Thank you, Adrianne, for creating such an amazing experience for us!

Perfect Getaway
My husband and I were supposed to go to Turks and Caicos twice this year but they were cancelled on us both times :( So we wanted to get away and picked our favorite place of OBX. We absolutely loved this condo. It was so clean when we got there. It had 2 bedrooms and a kitchen which was perfect for us. It is also located close to the beach. We walked every day. If you do plan on going to the beach I would have a cart or something to bring all your stuff because it is a couple block walk. The beach was really nice! It is also close to restaurants and a CVS and Walgreens. The owner was quick to respond and super sweet! We would definitely recommend staying in this condo when you go to OBX.

Overall I’d rate this stay as average. Some things were better than others. The quaint inside of the property was a plus, but the mildew on the shower curtain liner and tub was a downfall. Also, the lighting fixture on the spare bedroom fan was broken and the door inside the master was locked and we couldn’t get the door to open which was a shame since the small balcony would have been nice to use. The location is convenient to restaurants although while sitting outside all you can hear is traffic since it’s very close to the main road. For our family, the most disappointing aspect was that one of the bikes needed a new tire tube so we were unable to use it until the owner could get the maintenance person to come out and replace it which was on day 3 of our four day stay. This really hampered our plans for parking the car and not using it the entire stay. We brought one bike with us because we expected to have access to two others as advertised. Sorely disappointed!!

My best friend and our daughters stayed here to celebrate my 60th birthday. The townhouse is adorable, comfortable and was very clean. Although small, the owners have been very creative with the space to make it cozy and functional. The beach is a short walk away and there are many local restaurants nearby.

Quick trip
Cozy condo close to everything - 2.5 blocks to the beach and dining. The Property Manager was fantastic! She was responsive and helped me when I forgot items in the condo. I would rent the property again.

Great location ! Very close to beach
We enjoyed our stay at this property ! It was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 kids . The beach is very close by and shops and restaurants are very close by ! The condo is very well maintained and nicely decorated ! Thank you for a great stay !
