Very clean apartment - we enjoyed very much

Everything needed was there.

Efficient and friendly welcome at reception and good communication throughout; a beautifully clean and well equipped apartment in a great location for shops, train station and the beach.

Nothing to do with the rental company but the apartment is in the centre of a busy town so you have to expect some noise from other flats & from outside. I slept with earplugs but it didn’t detract from my stay.

that it’s set over two floors, two amazing terraces, one for daytime and the other for sunset. feels spacious, good amenities and very clean with super toiletries included (a nice and unexpected touch).

We love working with the Sitges Suol Group. We have stayed with them before. The apt was spacious and fairly well stocked. The location is unbelievable on a quieter block with direct access to everything. Both bedrooms are in the rear of the building away from foot traffic. the home is very well sound insulated with dual pane windows and storm shutters.

Even though the apt provides wonderful body wash and conditioner in the showers and at the sinks, the showers need shelves for your toiletries as there is no place to put them.

Great location with restaurants, shops, bars and beach just around, very clean, beds more then comfortable, nicely equipped, easy check in, easy to contact with staff anytime you need; For us just perfect!

The property was centrally located. Easy access to everything.

Exceptional penthouse apartment over 2 levels. 2 decent bedrooms, 3 toilets, bright, well air conditioned, and tastefully finished. The best feature is the 3 balconies: one on the entry (3rd floor) level which catches evening sun, and a larger balcony (pictured) on the floor above for the morning sun. There’s a third off the main en suite bedroom. Excellent location about 3 mins walk from the train station, 5 mins to the beach.

Very little to dislike. The penthouse is on the 3rd floor, with only stairs access, so may not be suitable for people for whom stairs/mobility is an issue.

Excellent location, comfortable appartment, balconies and terace with nice view and opportunities to take sunbathes througout a day. Keyless entrance and cleaning kit were very usefull.

Be aware that to get to the penthouse you need to use stairs, no elevator. Challenge was to carry the luggage, but we made it :)

The staff were amazing and were very very helpful before and during our stay. Great service from them. We liked the fact that we had laundry facilities and also the 3 toilets. Being in Sitges was magical and this apartment is right in the middle of Sitges. Near to a good supermarket and the train station and 2 mins from all the restaurants you could possibly want. The walk to the beach takes 5 mins and the beach walk is beautiful.

I was there with my family but on business so needed a comfortable place to stay as I was working long hours. The apartment lacked enough soft seating for us - there is one sofa in the living space on the top floor which meant that we couldn't all sit and lounge in the evening. The mattress was a little hard for me but that is personal preference. One thing we would say is that for the money, we would have expected the apartment to have been cleaned at least once through the week. We requested and got a towel change but no cleaning took place. Unfortunately, on the last night, a french group moved into the two apartments below us and caused a lot of noise until well after midnight. The apartments are also part of the Sitges Group Soul. We had to be up at 5.30am for our flights and this, in a way, ruined our stay at the apartment. The staff give you very specific instructions about noise and what is not acceptable. I was there for work so if that had happened when working the next day it would have made life very difficult. The noise was bad with doors slamming, continuous raised voices and constant traffic between the two floors that their apartments were on. It kept my family awake and they normally are able to sleep through anything. So it will be your luck on who ends up being in the other apartments below you if you stay in the penthouse. The noise issue is not the fault of the staff but I would suggest that new arrivals are told that they have people above them / below them and to verbally give the noise instructions instead of it being given via WhatsApp. Unfortunately we wouldn't stay here again next year.

The apartment is fantastic, clean, comfortable, quiet and beautiful. Perfect area in the centre of the city, but in a quiet place. The communication and service is perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and we want to return. I had a very cute surprise for my birthday, thank you! The staff is very helpful and cares about comfort - there is everything you need! In the kitchen we had a cleaning set with sponges, washing machine capsules, coffee capsules, water and a high chair for baby. In the bathroom there is hand moisturizer. We leaved our luggage in the office. We are very happy! Thank you for everything!

the location was perfect in the middle of the town, also it was modern and spacious with excellent quality of amenities for 6 persons.

There isn't anything we didn't like. Being just picky, there isn't any parking nearby, which is the advantage of staying in the center.

Service, cleanliness, views and quietness even though we were in one of the busiest streets from Sitges center. We loved it.
