Old dated facilities and room Damaged and exposed electrical cables in lampshades. I’m sure it’s not only unsafe but not legally compliant.

The staff is great, super friendly, respectful, really and truly amazing. Top notch.

The place has so much potential, but it definitely lacks a standard of excellence. A bare minimum standard is seen around the facilty. • Fridge door rack is broken - reported • Cupboard kitchen door loose - reported • No plugs for cell phone chargers • No peeler for peeling veggies in kitchen • Kitchen scissors flimsy, broke on day two - reported • Stairs are unsafe, not level not 180 degrees, some stairs squeeck and collapse when you walk up the stairway • General maintenance and a coat of paint missing in various locations • Signs on the walking trails are mostly broken or down, no help really • Fridge did not cool down well enough even on max cool setting - reported • The scrabble set has 5 pieces missing - reported • The 30 Seconds game has the wrong dice - reported • The tennis rackets handles are bare wood, no grip, no material left- reported • Tennis balls are old and dont bounce as they should • Our brother in law's back got lacerated on the supertube - reported by my wife • Only 2 x quads are working, we could not ride as a family as we are 4 people • Tried to do archery, only 1 x adult bow availavle, the other 2 x adult bows strings have been broken for months and not replaced • Arrows are broken - feathers damaged, plastic hooks at rear damaged, points are damagaed and flat and wont penetrate the target • We tried to play pool today as a family but the resort had no chalk for the pool cues • Table in lounge has burn marks at accommodation • Ceiling missing at front door at accommodation • Water leak at front door - slip hazard at accommodation • Carpets stained and dirty at accommodation • Walls need paint - popping off due to water at accommodation Pics sent to Colleen.Not limited to this. We decided to check out 3 days prior to our booking date as we could not partake of most of the activities advertised due to defective equipment. This was one reason we chose Natal Spa, the activities.

Excellent value for money! Loved the pools! So many activities to do. Really had a great family holiday.

Mini golf needs maintenance. Self catering rooms can do with some upgrading. Bug screens on sliding doors should be considered for the flies, can really get too much! And wifi in the rooms would be wonderful!

Scenery

Layout of resort. Far walks to everything. No close parking. Unit were below standard. Very dated. Not very clean. Resort maintenance overall not good. Would not recommend.

Facilities are fabulous and so are the pools, bhekani security at the gate so welcoming and smiles .

Housekeeping is atrocious , front desk non helpful waited a good hour post check inn time because Housekeeping was not done, during my stay room was not cleaned. Please improve on Housekeeping 🙏

Many things to do, beautiful location, natural hotspring water. Great overall. Rock house is beautiful.

The google maps location is incorrect and brings you totally somewhere else. Lost 30 min traveling a gravel road, while its really not needed, its on a good road. Hated that. Please fix this.

Amazing relaxing place with many activities.beautifully laid out. Friendly helpful staff.

Flies were a nuisance in the self catering as the minute you open doors or windows they rushed in.
