Clean and friendly and right on the water!
The place was fantastic and great value for money. The location is lovely and right on the water. The pool was excellent and we had an amazing time.
The sheets were of a lower quality than I’d expect.

Great weekend getaway, excellent for couples or families, fantastic water access
Location, pool area, cabins next to pool, jetty & water access all terrific. The pool is modern and has a great bbq area with a great warm & relaxing feel. The jetty out the front is fantastic if you bring a boat (or hire a local boat) NOTE: The waterway is 6 knots in the channel so its relatively safe and not noisey with ski boats like open waterways. The open waterway is not too far away to the west and ocean/entrance a 10-15min idle to the east (familiarise yourself with the open waterway if waterskiing as there are shallow areas) The 2 adjoining cabins next to the pool area are larger & more modern than the waterfront buildings which are all attached and could be noisey if a rowdy group either side of you? We were fortunate at the time of stay & were given multiple options of accommodation & stayed next to the pool which was fantastic as it was quiet & relaxing. The cabin was 2 bedroom with a queen bed in the main and a single & bunks in the second room, the living/kitchen was reasonably appointed and had a 6 seat table, the lounge /TV area is a little pokey if you had a full house of 5-6 people especially in poor weather however it has a large verandah with a large outdoor table setting right next to the pool so there wouldn't be much time spent watching the TV. The Grounds and buildings were all spotless and it's clear the owners are very fussy about cleanliness & presentation. Communication was easy before the stay with the owners (Owners were away at time of stay however the caretakers/hosts were very friendly & accommodating). We stayed in mid February for 2 nights at $800 ish and thought that to be reasonable value all considered however its probably a little $$$ for the water front cabins as they are smaller & much older (in very good condition)
Hard to give a negative as the owners are clearly very conscious of giving the best outcome possible. If I was to be picky (not really a negative but worth noting as these are pretty trivial ) I would like to have loved a king size bed, however considering the age of cabins we stayed in are relatively new the main bedroom a little small for that & the bed was only average quality (we used our own comforter to help, so maybe these could considered). and more towel hanging space & rails needed for families as really only suitable for 1-2 towels. The weekend we stayed there was a large group of family & friends in the waterfront rooms & If we had been in a cabin between them it would not have been so enjoyable as they occupied almost all of the outside area & not very private or peaceful as an outsider to the group.

Very nice place, very laid back and good place to relax..
Location is Great !! Very relaxing .. :) Hosts are wonderful..
Shower area could be a tad bigger + dishwasher will help Also, some ashtrays wont hurt .. which would only keep the place cleaner ! Swimming pool is decent. Guests must be lucky to have a great sunny day to enjoy (as it could be a tad cold, on a chilly day).. Pl note that it is a Solar-Heated pool
