ما أعجبني: بشاشة الموظفين: استمتعت بالتعامل مع موظفي الاستقبال، الذين كانوا ودودين ومتعاونين. رائحة الفواحات: كانت رائحة الفواحات ممتعة وغير مزعجة، مما أضفى جوًا من الانتعاش على البيئة. الموقع والقيمة: يتمتع الموقع بموقع مثالي والقيمة مقبولة مقارنة بالخدمات المقدمة. النظافة: كانت الشقق نظيفة ومرتبة، مما أضفى شعورًا بالراحة والاسترخاء.

ما لم يعجبني: تأخير وقت تسجيل الدخول: تسبب التأخير في عملية تسجيل الدخول بعض الاستياء والانتظار الطويل، مما أثر على بداية الإقامة. 2. عدم توفر إطلالة في الغرفة: كان من المتوقع وجود إطلالة خلابة من الغرفة، لكن للأسف لم يتوفر ذلك، مما قد يقلل من قيمة الإقامة ويقلل من تجربة الضيافة الشاملة.

Room was big

Rooms were too dated. Definitely needs a splash of paint and redecoration. We had no towers, so had to ask for some towels. There was a kettle but no cups. Room was unclean. Bathroom has bugs

Poor customer service from receptionist on shift..kept me waiting after arriving for over 15min....balancing his books. had to go down to ask for towels . Front desk didn't pick up intercom. Completely disappointed

Very Good location to visit VFS Global Jeddah having worst Rooms and non english speaking staffs

Very Close and Good location who plan to travel Jeddah for VFS Global appointments since it took SAR 13 for Uber and Main Road location

The worst ambiance of the very old, shabby rooms, no locks to washroom, leaking tub and having very negative vibes. The Reception Staff only speaks Arabic and NO english even basics which made our stay miserable since can't even explain for Water,Tea or Towels. Thanks to Jeddah's lovely UBER drivers who helped as bit.

Very friendly helpful staff. Very good location. Comfortable bed.

One bedroom had one curtain missing. Shower cubicle door missing. Shower drainage poor. Electronic door key not working.

There was no towel, hangars, plates/cups in the room. There was tea/coffee and water but no cups. Kinda weird. Staff did send me a towel tho. I bought paper cups

I’d need my money back

Dear Sir/Madam To whomever it may concern, We made a booking to Etlalet Ebhar Furnished Units for three rooms; two rooms for 1 night for £107.13 (booking ref: 2147197778) & one room for 5 nights for £267.82 ( booking ref: 2288574311). The total amount to be paid was £374.95. However, I was charged £4561.50! I tried to contact the accommodation and spoke to a member of staff who said that due to a system failure they were unable to check and would give us a call back in 10 minutes. However I received no call and they did not pick up any of my calls later that I tried. I need this to be looked at as soon as possible and demand my money back.I’d like this sorted between us before we feel the need to bring other authorities in play to resolve this issue.
