Beautiful lake front home. 3 bed 3 bathrooms and a large upstairs loft are. Spacious floor plan. Private dock 1 boat and 2jetski dock. great family home with gorgeous views. up to 10 guests master bedroom - King size bed bedroom 1 -2 queen size bed bedroom 2 - 2 queen size beds loft - couch *60 steps to the lake from the house. For those who have problems getting down, Kiva Marina has a beach access. ** ***** to launch a boat, you need to launch at Drifters and then drive over. Effective this year (2022), the Kiva no longer allows short term renters to launch. You are able to park on the dock with no problem through out your stay.******

Great property! Loved being able to dock our boat down below. The stairs going up and down are STEEP and not for the faint heart so be prepared. The listing pictures don’t show all the upgrades the house has so it was a nice surprise. Its listed as pet friendly but not a whole lot of places for them to use the bathroom so that was a little difficult. I would say the only downside was having to bring all of our trash with us when we left. 10 people accumulate a lot of garbage over a 3 day weekend. Overall, a good stay!

The house was great. It has everything you need. It was nice and clean. Best spot we’ve rented so far over the last 5 years! The owners are great about communicating with you. All around was a great vacation! We would definitely love to stay again next summer!

We had a wonderful family vacation, the deck was perfect for hanging out together and having dinner. Unfortunately the electricity went out for so long we had to throw out a lot of our food but we had a beautiful thunderstorm! Will definitely be back next summer!

Great location in the 5 MPH zone ensured we had calm water around the dock. Teens enjoyed the ability to Paddleboard and Kayak in a safe area. Dock was great for our Wakeboard boat. Deck space outside made for great views of Fireworks over the 4th of July. Great communication with host, will definitely look to book again in the future.

Great place to stay with excellent access to your own private dock. Great amenities for family including fire pit, bbq, pool table, projector screen and board games. I would definitely recommend this lake front house.

Found the house spacious for two families, cozy and clean. The beds were comfortable and we watched the sunrise from the deck. Had a relaxing stay.
Host Juli was accommodative and quick in responding. Planning to return in the summer.

Seriously gorgeous place with amazing view of lake tullock. They even had a baby gate, which was a god send given we had our almost 2 year old there! Highly recommend staying!

We stayed at Juli's property over labor day weekend with family and friends and had the best time. The deck space is beautiful with an even better view of the lake. We hung out in the evenings chatting and playing corn hole. The interior of the house is stunning and so accommodating for a large group. Everyone can fit on the couch! The AC works great, another plus since it was over 100 the entire time we were there. The dock is easy to pull in to and there was plenty of room to swim right behind the boat. Will definitely be re-booking next summer!

Me and my family had a great time. Above and beyond of what we expected. Very spacious, clean and amazing. The kids loved the walk down to the lake. Will definitely recommend this place and plan on coming back in the future.

It was magical to stay on Lake Tulloch and be able to bring our boat! We truly got to experience what life is like living in a lake. It was a wonderfstay for our family/friends.

The deck was perfect to sit on in the morning with a cup of coffee. Everything was clean and comfortable. If I had any questions, Juliann was just a text away. Great house by the lake
We had a great time at Lake Tulloch. The home was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Being able to dock the boat at the house made for lots of easy trips on the water with the kids. Would love to stay here again.

Summer family vacay
Great house and great location. Everyone loved the place, kids especially. The house had everything we needed and was clean. Kids loved swimming and fishing off the dock.
The only down side was the only place we found that rented boats was at the campground on the other side of the lake, a 45 minute drive.

Great open feel to the house. We had enough room to gather for meals , play games, while still allowing for privacy as needed. The dock is great, owners are great, the house is great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back!

Awesome Place to stay!
The description of the home is exactly what you get. It is very spacious with great views from inside and the deck. The dock is brand new and big enough for both jet skis and a boat. House is right next to the launch. Only thing I would like to see next time is the dock area have more lighting possibly some string lights around the perimeter. The only poor experience was on the VBRO side as they took an extended period of time to refund my deposit. This was outside of the owners control. In fact, the owner actually offered to send me a refund if I didn’t receive by the time I needed it. Great experience with the owner and property! Perfect for two families of 4.
