As beautiful as the photos, great refurbished townhouse in the smack center of Loulé, yet quiet at night. Extremely well sanitized! Good bed and pillows. José gave us a warm welcome: If you don't know the town well, ask in advance for parking recommendations if driving... Very easy!
There was only one flavour of free coffee pods in the welcome package... Haha.. just kidding 😂

Great apartment and location! There's nothing missing!
Only a small comment, the stairs could do with a handrail. Especially for those who might need a dash downstairs to the toilet during the night.

House is beautiful and very well equipped. Its just like the photos. Very close to restaurants and the historic centre of Loule. Comfortable bed and great shower.

The location could not have been better! It was about a 2 minute walk to the historic Loulé Market. The hosts were very warm and welcoming and even guided me while I parked my car in the historic area a few feet from the home.
I just wish I could have stayed longer. I loved everything about it.

dinning chairs were a little uncomfortable, I suggest changing them, but honestly this is immaterial in the grand scheme.

Nice, modern studio loft in a great location near shops, restaurants, and the city market.
Limited street parking available but was able to snag a spot nonetheless.

Loule is a lovely town and the apartment was in a great location. Its a wonderful newly updates place that was nicely done. Jose was a great host and very helpful/accommodating. We would highly recommend the Porto 20 to those wanting a nice place to stay in the Algarve.
The only recommendation and it’s minimal is to provide enough supplies (TP, laundry soap) for the length of stay. We like to keep thing cleaned up and it would have been nice to have a vacuum as well.

Nice minimalistic conversion of a modern town house. Love the details and design.
The shower runoff was clogged a little and the stairs to the upstairs bedroom didn’t feel very secure – missing a banister.

Lovely accommodation, we had everything that we needed there for our short stay (including a washing machine and tumble dryer!) Very close to the town centre as well. We are very pleased and highly recommend it.

The location is superb, get the feel of the Loule Old Town, traditional streets. Traditional Market building is a minute away, with fantastic local food choices, very good prices wine etc. Appartment is very cosy, very quiet, recently renovated. The Host Jose is very helpful and always replies if any questions. Nice traditional Portuguese restaurant just around the corner 🙂🙂🙂 if you want a place that's nearly tourist free and very traditional- Loule is perfect!

The apartment is so nicely furnished. The host left a bottle of Rose wine in the fridge for us which was a nice touch also. He was also close by to solve any issues that arose. Overall we loved this apartment, and were really impressed with it.
Because the property is so central in the town, parking isn’t the easiest, and the street are very narrow. We did find a little car park five minutes away though, which was free, and luckily had space when we needed it. If you’re hiring a car , I’d advise the smaller the better for the narrow lanes.
Bed is also upstairs and bathroom downstairs. Wouldn’t usually be a problem for me, but as I am six months pregnant I had to get up quite a lot in the night to use the bathroom - and the distance was a slight issue. It wouldn’t put me off staying again, but worth considering for anyone who gets up in the night a lot and isn’t overly mobile.

Beautiful little house in the Loule. Very modern, beautifully designed and we had a very comfortable stay. Great location. Jose was very welcoming. Will definitely be returning.
