The men working there was nice but he must know the conditions the apartment are in
Way too expensive for the state of the apartments. This place has traumatised me i tried 3 different apartments in the building, they all had cockroaches.-. Disgusting go somewhere else

Some issues with cleanliness.
We requested either ground floor accommodation or access to a lift. Technically this request was met....BUT WE HAD TO ASCEND/DESCEND 8 STEPS EACH TIME BEFORE GETTING TO/FROM THE GROUND FLOOR !!!
Because of this alone,(false information !!), we won't stay here again

Very close to the beach and all amenities. Did miss my balcony but the room served it’s purpose and the owner was very accommodating

When originally booked it was for a studio price 340erous when on arrival it was a one bedroom in the basement at 410euro ,complained gentleman could not speak much English and was very rude did move us after 2 nights to a studio

Location was ok
No ironing board Iron was rubbish. Shower head kept coming apart every time you tried to shower. Shower room facilities where not very good.. Asked the owner to book us a taxi to take us to the Airport the morning we were leaving it did not turn up. Waiting for 30mins then had to call one myself.

Excellent location
Whole place needs deep cleaned and this should be done before anyone else stays here. Pool closed which I understand due to time of the year however pool was also disgusting and needed cleaned. Although kitchen facilities were good they too were dirty. Oven looked like it had never been cleaned, fridge also needed cleaning. No heating as it was cold at night however they did provide a heater which did the job. WiFi only worked for 2 days. Hosts were nice enough. Would overall rate it no higher than a 4. Would not recommend this property and would definitely not return unless it was deep cleaned, brought up to date and freshened up and cooking facilities replaced.
