- very helpful staff (We had to get to Bihać, BiH. It is possible by taking a taxi to the border and taking another one from there. At the border, there is a small café, they can help you order a taxi.)
- nice garden that can be used by guests
- location is not ideal, but you can easily walk to the next restaurant or the national park

Very nice guesthouse located close to Plitvice lakes (Entrance 2). Parking directly in front of the house.
The lady owner was very kind and helpful.
Rooms were clean.
Breakfast was more than enough - delicious eggs (fried or scambled).
If there is a chance, our family will come back, again.

Really good location, close to Plitvice National Park. Really friendly staff and excellent service. Room and bathroom were in nice condition and clean.
The room did not have a blackout curtains, I think those would be considered a standard in these kind of accommodation.

Everything. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. Check-in fast and easy.
The owner gave a map and recommendations for the park visit. Breakfast was super delicious with plenty of food options. I wish we stayed more than just 1 night.

Everything - the host was welcoming, friendly and nice. The room was exceptionally clean, great location, awesome breakfast - It's a whole package for a nice relaxing vacation at the location like this. Will definitely come again ;)

We highly recommend Rooms Imperial House. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the location is close to park entrances. As many have already mentioned, the host and stuff are very friendly with great advice and recommendations. Breakfast was a great way to start the day with made to order eggs, cold cuts, cheese, pastry, variety of fresh fruits...

Really great location - only 2,5km from Plitvice Lakes National Park Entrance 2 - 5-7 minutes driving. Very easy and efficient communication with the personnel, even late. Tasty breakfast, comfortable room. We were able to check in when we have arrived really late time (22:40). Thank you for that service a lot too!

What an amazing place to stay! The rooms were so comfortable and clean. The property is conveniently located not far from the main entrance to Plitvice. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay at their property. Thank you!

The bathroom was very nice, it had a huge shower cabin. But really huge 😂 The staff was very helpful and nice. Everything was wonderful.
This is not a fault, but advice: if you don't have a car, the location of the house may not be so convenient (it was for us). If you want to go to a restaurant, the nearest one is 1km away and you have to walk along the winding road everywhere.

Very clean, in the middle of nature. And Mrs. Draga is very caring and friendly. The restaurant just nearby can offer a 3 course meal + desert, very tasty local dishes.

We had a perfect stay here, everything was amazing. The hosts were extremely kind and generous, always ready to help and provide information as well as prepare extra food for us. The room was beautiful and very clean. And the location is great if you’re going to Plitvice, just a 5 min ride a way. Sincere recommendation!

Best time to travel in off-peak season.
Very friendly and welcoming owners. breakfast was exceptional !!! Spacious room and bathroom with walk-in shower - hotel style - clean, modern, beds made and towels changed daily, tea and coffee making facilities, and a small fridge. We were able to borrow bikes to cycle to Plitvice lakes - i think there are only two available (?) but in low season we didn't need to fight over them ;) Location wise - within easy reach of the Lakes and drive to nearby restaurants. overall - a very memorable experience - a big Thank You to the hosts, would definitely stay here again !!

- brakefast was the best we had in Croatia so far, really good omlette and coffee
- big shower, nice bathroom
- room was cold (september), heater was not working, but we had extra blanket
- rooms are smaller than seemd in the picture, also I think pictures are older as everything seems now older
