This spacious 3 bedroom 1 and a half bath oceanfront loft is perfectly situated in the heart of downtown Cayucos with amazing ocean views. The open layout is perfect for entertaining friends and family and the home has been finished with exceptional materials. You will love the gourmet kitchen equipped with high end appliances and beautifully finished. Two bedrooms each share a deck off the back side of the unit facing the downtown area, and there’s a great deck off the living room to enjoy amazing ocean views and enjoy the sunset. This is one of the most unique and special properties in Cayucos!! Home Features: • Master bedroom features a queen bed and flat screen tv with dvd player with access to rear balcony • Second bedroom has a queen bed and access to rear balcony. • The full bath is a jack and jill that connects to the 2 bedrooms, it features a shower/tub combination • The loft area above the bedrooms is very large and serves as the third sleeping area with cal king bed with flat screen tv. • Gourmet kitchen with high end appliances and well stocked for cooking your favorites • Dining area with seating for 8 • Half bath off the living area. • Washer and dryer for guest use • There is a 1 car garage available for guests, additional parking is on the street. (Please note the garage is shared with shop downstairs) This rental is only accessible by stairs, 1 flight to the main living level and 1 flight to the lofted bedroom. No Pets and No Smoking. Our family really enjoyed our stay in this home. Spacious with lots of natural light. Super clean. The location is ideal, walking distance to everything in town. The views from the balcony are the best. Secured parking in the garage was nice. Communication with the owner's rep was easy and friendly. This place is wonderful.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The rental was clean, stocked, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect (we loved watching the surfers in the morning!). The host was very responsive via text whenever we had questions. We look forward to a future visit!

We loved this property! The location was perfect! We were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants and still be right on the water. The views were amazing. We saw dolphins out the windows multiple times. Great stay and would stay again!

Our family loved our stay in Cayucos. The loft is so beautiful and so is the view from the balcony. We all commented on how clean and perfect it was. Everything was within walking distance: coffee, breakfast, dinner. We also cooked in the amazing kitchen and used the grill. We would love to come back and stay again sometime! Thank you!

This gorgeous home was just amazing--beautiful ocean views both inside and out on the deck, and so thoughtfully appointed and decorated. It's close to great food and coffee places, and of course the proximity to the beach literally can't be beat. We would absolutely stay here again, and already have friends and family planning to do so after seeing our photos!

The house was BEAUTIFUL! Absolutely spotless. FULLY stocked with everything imaginable. The decor was top notch and gorgeous. The stairs were daunting for 2 of us so we spent our "beach" time enjoying it from the balcony but that is NOT a complaint! Love love LOVED it here. ♥️

Very Nice!
This property is ideally situated in the town with a great ocean view and close to everything. It looks exactly like the pictures and the property managers have made sure to provide every possible amenity in the unit. Plenty of pots/pans/utensils, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and loved watching the fog rolling in, how the surf changes, and just generally enjoying the view.

Relaxing, Friendly and Beautiful.
Great location with beautiful view of the ocean. Sat and watched the surf/surfers, the fog (June Gloom) and the sunsets. The location made it easy for us to travel to San Luis Obispo for a college gradation and then to Hearst Castle and Ragged Point. Make sure to stop in Harmony for some Ice Cream. Everyone in the town was friendly. Enjoyed a great dinner at the Italian place and coffee every morning at Cayucous Coffee. If you like Kombucha, they have it on tap. Places close early, so plan ahead but it makes for a wonderful quiet night to sit and listen to the waves.
Condo was clean, kitchen is big and accommodated our family of 6 easily. Was tough to leave. Thank you for a great stay.

I really dont want to give this a good review so it does not get booked up - LOL!!! It really was amazing. Location was literally PERFECT in everyway, people were friendly - it could not have been better. BUT dont book it so it stays open when we are ready to go back - hahaha - Truly tho - was such our vibe, super Bhudda decor which is totally our style... not for everyone but fit our vibe perfectly. The ONLY thing I would say is it could have been a little cleaner. Maybe a better cleaning crew especially during Covid - we wiped everything down ourselves and cleaned it best we could. We also always leave a home in the same shape if not better than when we arrived out of respect for the next guests. Yea really only negative thing to say was cleanliness should be a priority right now and it was not. Other than that - AMAZING! We will absolutely be back here as long as my review des not get it all booked up! Thank you!

Property manager was quick to respond with air freshener but we were still not comfortable sitting in the living room because of the smell. Shower curtain is full of mold and rust. The shower rod is rusted and in the wrong position. It was moved in so the shower was extremely narrow and you were touching the moldy curtain unless you showered without the curtain. Beds need to be replaced. One bed made so much noise when moving around in bed that my husband had to sleep separate from me. There were dirty stinky clothes left in one of the dressers which shows that the condo is not being properly cleaned.

Location and a Garage!
The location is why we'll loved this home. The convenience of having a garage in the summer was very much appreciated. The upstairs unit is a full block deep with fun balconies on both ends. Coffee in the morning on the townside, dinner in the evening watching the surf. Open the french doors on both ends and there is a lovely ocean breeze throughout the home. There's plenty of room for a family and the location cannot be beat.
Cons: The management needs to hire a better cleaning service. There was thick buildup of dust in all kinds of spots - corners and door jams, behind beds, under furniture, etc. When I first opened the doors for that lovely breeze, I went to the balcony overlooking the street and found snack wrappers had blown out from under the bed - they were not ours. Under the TV console in the front room, there was plenty of dust and several small objects including a bottle cap and a marble. The coffee table had not been wiped as there was a ring of a sticky substance. This lack of cleanliness occurred during the time of COVID when deep cleaning is supposed to be happening. I hope the owner gets involved to ensure the management company hires better help. Additionally, the expectation is that YOU, the one paying over $400 a night, will strip the bed linens/towels and wash them before you leave. Lastly, the mattresses are awful, really hard, and need to be replaced.
Even with these cons, though, we enjoyed the views and the convenient location. Cayucos is a lovely and very friendly town. We had so much fun playing in the ocean, soaking up the sun (bring sunscreen), walking and then chilling on the beach. Great vacation.

This house is right on one of the main streets of Cayucos, California. I stayed here Memorial weekend if 2021. I stayed here with my husband and our two boys, ages 7 and 10. Overall, our stay was quite enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a rental that is very close to the beach. I have no major complaints, but I will sum up the stay with a pro/con list. Please read the cons not so much as a negative review, rather what I would consider tips for future renters...Pros:-The home was very spacious and had a great layout.-The view is excellent from the front patio!-The access to the beach is directly across the street from the property. -There is a convenient outside shower at the front of the property to clean up before entering. -The property is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and convenience stores.-Utensils, dishes, towels, paper towels, trash bags, and linen are all provided. -There is a washer and dryer with detergent provided. So no need to overpack clothing.Cons (Tips and heads ups):-The area can be very busy especially on a weekend or holiday.-The garage space is quite tight so don’t expect to park your car in the garage unless you bring a smaller vehicle. We brought our Ford truck and it did not fit. I would have considered bringing our smaller car if I had known. Parking on the street is difficult during peak hours. -There are quite a few stairs and there is no way around it for loading and unloading your stuff. It’s good exercise but be sure that the people that are joining you can all handle stair trips in and out of the home. It is at least one full flight worth up and down each time. Not good for those certsin handicaps or medical conditions.-There are 2 bathrooms, but only 1 shower. None of the bathrooms have locks either. -The front door is difficult to open to a degree. Once you figure out that you have to push/pull while unlocking it becomes easier. The other doors are a little tricky to lock as well but some of them have notes telling you what to do. Be sure to read the house binder provided. It has helpful hints on certain house items. For example, the fireplace had been left on when we arrived. I couldn’t figure out how to turn it off until I looked at the binder instructions. Also, there are 5 or 6 remotes for the living room electronics. The binder has tips on what to do.All of that said, we had a great stay! Thanks!
