Situated in Sunny Isles Beach, this charming condo for R 2,943 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. The Ocean Reserve at 19370 Collins Avenue in beautiful Sunny Isles Beach, spreads out in the heart of the new Florida Riviera. Located a few steps across Collins Avenue from the beach, close to great restaurants, shops and night spots and a few miles from the Aventura Mall, Gulfstream Race Course and Casino, and South Beach. The resort allows guests to enjoy all of South Florida's outdoor fun including golf, deep sea fishing and entertainment. This vacation condo is a large 1500 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 2 full bath unit on the 3rd floor with a kitchen, dining and living areas. It is outfitted with linens, towels and all of the kitchen basics. The apartment overlooks the spectacular pool area and tennis courts against the backdrop of the Aventura skyline from the balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV. separate vanity area, two walk in closets an en suite bathroom with shower and tub. The second bedroom has two full size beds, walk in closet and flat screen TV. The large living room is furnished with an entertainment center with a 55" flat screen TV, sofa, chaise lounge, and side chair . The large dining room table easily accommodates six. The balcony overlooks the pool, garden and tennis courts and has two chairs and a small table. The kitchen has all new upgraded appliances and basic cooking items. The apartment also has WIFI at no extra charge. There is a fitness center and a beautiful pool. tennis courts and garden area for you to enjoy. There is access to the entire property and some of South Florida's most striking beaches. This is one of the Sunny Isles Beach area's most prominent condominiums and an excellent vacation spot for family, couples or even business travelers. IMPORTANT NOTES: Free self parking is included for one car. The building charges a one time $51.00 administrative fee at time of check in to cover the cost of access fobs, wrist bands, etc. Valet parking fees apply for a second car. Late Check-In procedures for Ocean Reserve: - Guests arriving after 10 PM will be asked by security to show an email with a confirmation of their reservation. - Security will provide a temporary pass for one night if guests have a vehicle to park. It is the owner’s responsibility to inform the guest of their parking space. If a guest is unaware of their parking space, they will have to use valet services. - Guests must return the following day to complete the short-term check-in before 11:00 AM. Bring their temporary parking pass, and receive their wristbands and the new parking pass. All guests must be present at the front desk so wristbands can be provided and worn at the time of check-in. - If the guest shows up after 11:00 AM, a double check-in fee will be charged ($41.50+$41.50 $83 total). ONLY GUESTS WHO WE REGISTER WITH SECURITY ARE PERMITTED IN THE BUILDING OR ON THE GROUNDS. The condo was nicely located near the beach and the building’s pool was lovely and warm. The unit however was loud as you could hear everything in the hallways and upstairs. Beds were clean and comfortable, kitchen had all the necessities.

Comes with a parking, not obvious how to reach parking place the first time but it's ok. Balcony with view on the pool. 2 x walk-in, TV sets and cable. Very near of beach access entrance, near highway entrance, good spot. Various stores around, including Wallmart. Highly recommended.

We were very pleased with the apartment. It was spacious and the 2 bathrooms and the kitchen were very convenient. We loved the view from the balcony and the proximity to the beach. The beach paraphernalia was a nice touch and proved very useful. The laundry facility was a bonus since we had just arrived from a 2 week European cruise. The kitchen could use a little tlc and we were disappointed the pool was undergoing maintenance but that was no fault of the host. The host was very helpful and accessible. Check in was easy and the host supplied impeccable instructions. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a spacious flat in an amazing location. The beach of sunny isles is just across the road. The owners were friendly and very helpful, giving us lots of information in advance and keeping in touch throughout for further advice. We had a great stay.

Decided to head down to Florida for some golf and Dolphin’s game. There was a total of three guys so we needed 3 beds. The oversized condo exceeded our expectations. It was clean and was generously supplied ranging from utensils to beach chairs. In addition to the pool, we enjoyed the coffee shop every morning located on the main floor. Enjoyed our stay and will be returning when we visit again.

You feel super safe, good parking lot, clean, a lot of space there, the park just across the street is perfect for little ones. Mr Di Natale is super responsive and he is following up any request you might have. Overall one of the best apartments I have rented. .....and, there are two full bathrooms!!!! woo hooo!!!!

Well maintained for an older property. Nice pool and cabanas. If you plan on using laundry, download the app on you phone. The property is walking distance to beach and a short drive from shopping/restaurants. Parking was kind of tricky, due to construction. Just remember it's the ajoining "C" garage. I suggest when leaving the apartment to take the stairs up to the 4th floor, exit into the parking garage and it's a short walk to the parking space. A few times, I dropped my family off at that door, it's real convenient (just make sure you have the fob to open the door from the garage with you !). There was an issue with a leak coming from the apartment into the lower unit. Management was prompt with repairing. Mario was in contact w/us to make sure there were no issues. Overall, great location, near the beach. Would definitely consider staying again.

We enjoyed the apartment, large and bright, beds fresh and bathrooms very clean. We did no cooking in the apartment, the stovetop needed a good cleaning. We also noticed when we were sitting on the nice patio someone took it upon themselves to chew gum and stick to table, walls and railing. The pool was wonderful and management very good about response time. Caution, if you are not good with steps and walking, the parking space provided could not have been much harder to get to. All in all, VERY NICE TWO WEEKS! Thank you Ben, you are great to work with! Chris

We had a great stay in Sunny Isles. The unit was affordable and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I decide to visit Sunny Isles again. The host was very responsive.

First of all, the property manager and booking was fantastically easy. The location is optimal being walking distance to the beach, and a short drive to restaurants and shopping. However, the condo needs a good cleaning. The floors were really bad. We had to keep our shoes on the entire 4 days. Understood that it is very sandy being so close to the beach, but the rental does charge for cleaning, so there is an understanding that the floors would be cleaned. With that said, the condo was plenty spacious for 3 large guys and mom. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The condo has all needed amenities including beach towels and chairs. The whole place is dated and could use a bit of fresh paint and updates. Overall I would recommend the place for a family needing a decent, safe and convenient place to stay.

Place is perfect for our family nothing too nice for the kids to break but good quality where it feels good to come home after a long day at the beach. It’s a 5 minute walk from the beach and pool downstairs is nice, good mix of college kids, older adults and families. Key fobs and parking are annoying but it’s a high rise so what do you expect? Nice park across the street too which is an added bonus. Only downfall is it’s hard to get anywhere fast, 30 minute everywhere due to south Florida traffic

Host and communication were very good. Property was clean, but very bland and kind of beat up - dings in the walls, rust in light fixtures. Cheap furnishings, etc. Building was loud with other guests.

Very nice experience, Spacious, great facilities, pool and gym! Parking garage very confusing, Should provide a detailed map to guide you around and into the complex. Also, hours of the store on site. Also, provide some coffee as a courtesy! And mention that the hotel across the street offers beachside dining at 9 am for breakfast. Also . you can uber to local dining. Traffic is horrible. Leave the car parked!

This place was very nice and had everything we needed! The owner was helpful and communicated with us throughout our stay. The gym and pool are fantastic. The shortcut to get to the parking spot took us a minute to figure out, but I think that was just user error. 😊 I would absolutely recommend this place.

No stars only minuses for this property. From the time I entered the property, I knew that I had been scammed. One of the kitchen cabinet doors was hanging off the hinge. I called the property management company and spoke with Ben, who told me that someone would come over to fix it. After reviewing the rest of the apartment and realizing that there were many more issues I texted him asking that no one come since it would infringe on our stay. It is the job of the management company to ensure that the property is in good/proper state before the guest arrives. It is not the guest's job to inform and then supervise the rectifying of the many issues that need to be taken care off in this property. It was quite apparent that the property management company had not gotten this property ready for the guest. Here are just a few of the issues: the air conditioner did not work in the master bedroom, the bathroom floors were moldy, the beds had sand on them so this indicated that the sheets were not washed, the dishes had food stuck on them, the television reception was very poor with the Wi-Fi connection, etc.

We came down for a foot ball game with friends and was super happy with the condo and location. Super easy walk across the street to a beautiful beach. The pool was just as nice. They are putting in a brand new game area (pool, ping pong ect.) They have a small convenience store tight in the lobby that has a alot of last second needs. The condo was clean and large. Had beach chairs, towels, toys, football umbrella for the beach. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. We would come again.

Excellent property, photos don’t do it justice it’s larger than it appears. Only issue was finding the parking but that might’ve just been me! Excellent location, balcony view, 5 min walk to beach, would definitely stay again.

Had a bit of an issue with electronically signing the contract. Once that was resolved all was good. Apartment was very clean a d we really enjoyed our stay.
