Nestled in Brookline, this attractive house for R 5,455 per night is a great option for your next break. Very unique space found in the heart of Brookline Village, over 2000sq ft of living space. Found on the second floor. Located in the center of Brookline Village, restaurants, shops at your door stop. 2min walk to MBTA, less than 1 mile to Boston and Longwood Medical hospitals. After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules. There is a parking spot with the apartment but not included with the nightly rent. The nightly cost is $15, there are other parking options in the area, all information will be found in the welcome packet that will be sent 2 weeks prior to arrival. Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Please be respectful of next door neighbors and neighborhood. Great place for large families or groups, not the place to be loud/rowdy and have parties. would be super if shoes could be removed, shoe removal will make it quieter for people who live below.
