Twenty minute drive to Downtown attractions and the Airport. This amazing, two story (Master Downstairs) home is centrally located in the beautiful far Northeast Heights. This perfect location is convenient to Interstate 25, which will take you to Santa Fe, Downtown Albuquerque, and Sandia Casino/Resort/Spa. Nearby is hiking, the world famous Balloon Fiesta park, grocery and retail shopping, breweries and one of the most amazing public parks the city has to offer, North Domingo Baca Park. Family entertainment is also close at hand. The home is only five minutes from bike rentals, a trampoline park, and an escape room. We have stayed at this property before, it is always very clean, the beds are great and it is convenient. The owner is always available and responsive. I highly recommend the property and others that Jake owns where we have stayed before.

Great location for the balloon fiesta! Nice neighborhood that felt safe. Plenty of space at the house and the owners are thoughtful in all the things provided. Lots of great restaurants and alternative activities to do but hanging out at the house was comfortable and relaxing.

Plenty of space, very clean, nice quiet neighborhood and the location is great. The beds were really comfortable, which is always super important. My kids enjoyed the hot tub and games and toys. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable.

The house was everything we expected. This was a quick visit to the area to find an apartment for our daughter who will be relocating to the area. We did not get to enjoy the hot tub but the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was adequate for our needs. The home was located within 20 minutes of almost everything we wanted to do while in the area. We will be back to ABQ several times in the future and we will not hesitate to stay here again!

Nice big table, needed a few more chairs for visiting family. Comfortable beds. Jake is very quick to respond, though we still had a misunderstanding on dates which cost me over $500, but could have been worse. Wish I didn’t get so many JUNK emails from VRBO, meaning I missed an important one from him! Gorgeous hot tub and great directions for use of the home!

The house was a good base of operations for our all-too-short (3-day) Albuquerque visit on this trip - close to lots of good food destinations and convenient to the places we needed to be, primarily in North Albuquerque Acres, Sandia Heights, and High Desert. Very clean and functional, and we especially appreciated the hot tub! Had a minor hiccup with the door code upon entry but we were able to get in touch with Jake immediately and resolve it over the phone.

Little bit of Luxury
My three young adult children and I stayed for 4 nights and felt like we were in Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous! But seriously the place was impeccably clean and lacked for nothing. Easy to get to and close to shopping and food. The amount of space is amazing, and the hot tub was so nice after a long day or at the start of one.

Convenient location
Had no trouble staying in this home. Located in a very convenient location. Lots of restaurants to choose from and Smith’s grocery store is minutes away. If you love pizza, Dion’s should be on your list. Getting to I-25 is very convenient as well. My dog seemed happy too staying with us. Thanks for a great stay!

The house has everything we needed/wanted. Literally less than 15 minutes from everything we planned. Walking distance to Tin Can Alley, with a variety of food and drink! I’d stay here again for sure.

Plenty of towels and pillows and the beds were quite comfortable. The location is great for accessing both Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Also, communication with the owner was very easy and efficient…managing 9 people coming from 5 different places is like herding cats, but Jake took my 3 changes to our final numbers in stride.
