Our home sleeps 10 4 Bedroom, (1 King,1 Queen,1 Full Bed+1 Twin, Twin over Full Bunk bed and Twin Bed) Wood floors throughout house, immaculately clean Living Room has Flat screen TV Fully equipped kitchen with gas range, microwave, dishwasher and Keurig coffee pot, 1 full bathroom, open dining and living area 2nd floor has 4 Bedrooms, Master Bedroom has king bed,TV and full bathroom with soaking tub, bedroom #2 has 1 full and 1 twin bed and TV, bedroom #3 will have 2 twin beds,1 full bed and TV, bedroom #4 has a queen bed. 2nd floor has full bath and balcony gas grill, sitting area in back and front Outside enclosed shower, Central air condition plus ceiling fans in every room, and heat Washer and Dryer 2 car Garage: one spot for car, other for bike and beach storage with extra refrigerator WiFi, high speed internet and Cable bed linens available, if interested We include 6 beach badges, 6 beach chairs and umbrella and wagon for you to enjoy. bikes available for use WE DO NOT RENT TO GROUPS OF YOUNG ADULTS UNDER THE AGE OF 30 2022 Season ( June- Sept) Friday check in and out

Suggestions. Entrance Key was to back door, which was inconvenient, dark at night, hard to man0ouver. Seating areas didn’t fully accommodate 6 guests.

We had a fantastic stay in Lavallette at this amazing home and you will as well! The owners are so responsive and communicated with us regularly. It was like staying in a friend's home-they thought of everything vacationers might need at the shore. The bikes in the garage were a huge hit with teens and adults. The house is perfectly located to town and in the evening it was so nice to sit outside. We have rented homes on the shore for 20 years and this was the cleanest by far. You will truly enjoy!

I’ve rented houses at the jersey shore for the past 20 years and always on the beach block. This house was not a rental but a home. It was clean, spacious and decorated to perfection. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful family vacation here! Lorraine was very responsive and was an excellent host. The house was very clean and was located in a perfect location. You can walk everywhere! I highly recommend!

I can't say enough about this beautiful home. It was VERY clean, well appointed , spacious, and a great location, a short walk to the beach , restaurants and shops. There was 5 of us , however this home could comfortably accommodate many more. We had a wonderful time!

I love Lavallette. So much that our family has a house down here. Since one of our bathrooms was being redone, we decided to use VRBO to find another home so we could come down for the weekend. Came across this listing and it must have been the same builder because the home was so similar. The homeowner was great and the home was perfect. I love beach block and will not stay anywhere else.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It was on the beach block and had everything in it you could possibly need. It felt like you were at home the second you walked in! I celebrated my 60th birthday while I was there! It was another great birthday and added to more happy memories in Lavallette!!

Property well appointed.
Bikes + carry all buggy to carry beach chairs etc. Also stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas making life easier when packing for a short weekend.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was really nice, and the location was great. It’s very clear that Lorraine and Gianni take great pride in their home and want guests to feel right at home. The house was modern, clean, and well furnished. Also, Lorraine was incredible in terms of communicating with us and making sure we had everything we needed to have a wonderful time in Lavallette.

This was the perfect space to spend Thanksgiving. The house is beautifully decorated and appointed with all you need. Lorraine and Gianni are wonderful hosts who are easy to communicate with and really care about making your experience a good one. We would definitely go back - in any season.
