About this house rental
Feel right at home in our clean and spacious contemporary place. House sits on a 1/2 acre, partially fenced yard. Fully stocked kitchen and toiletries so you can travel light. Centric and quiet location, minutes away from UF. You comfortable sleep is provided with 12 inch full size memory foam mattress, soft sheets, and high end covers. Both bathrooms have showers. The bedrooms have ample closet space and master has private bath. The living room is spacious. We love to integrate family fun times with a large comfortable sofa and the coffee table nests four kids stools underneath. We provide table games as well, 65" TV, high speed internet, apple TV with access to Netflix and more. Our kitchen is practical and the island has four chairs to accompany the cooking party. The dining table sits six and opens to the kitchen. House also has a larger front yard on which you can park several cars and trailers. Location - Location, the house is just a short drive to UF, malls, shopping, restaurants and movie theaters. Lots of details included to make your stay feel like home.

Our grand children always call the places we rent for trips the “Gogo gator house” as we are traveling for college games. Our 4 year old grandson told me yesterday that he loved this house and that it didn’t give him bad dreams!! That’s extreme compliment for a kid. The home was cozy but we didn’t have to worry the small kids would break anything because it’s all well made and easy to use. If you travel a lot you know what I mean. Family friendly and cozy!

The owners are amazing..communication is timely. we walked to the UF game from the house. plenty of room for corn hole boards and parking. lots of tables and chairs. renovated and comes equipped with shower supplies, tp and full kitchenware. this was our second stay at the property. will go back again

We brought the grandparents to visit our student at UF for a football weekend. This location is fairly close to campus. The inside of the house has been renovated and amenities are all new. Nice quiet street and large yard. We would definitely stay again!

We had a nice stay. House was clean. I do think it would be nice to have at least one King size bed in the home for rental. A little more comfortable seating in the family room would be great too. We were a short drive from UF. I did love how the AC really worked well and the house was not hot. That is always important to me.

Location was great! Short drive to campus. House was clean and had everything we needed. Super cute and comfortable. I will definitely stay there again when we come back to Gville! Elizabeth was a great host, very responsive to all our questions.

I found the location to be very convenient to get to the UF campus. The home has been thoughtfully renovated with modern updates. Loved the gas stove for cooking. Comfortable beds, and new bathrooms. Thank you!

Very comfortable home
The look of the exterior of the home does not match the inside and causes you to wonder what you will find behind the doors. Inside has been beautifully renovated and is SO comfortable! Elizabeth was so kind to tell me to go in as soon as I arrived from my 4 hour drive. The home is stocked with needed supplies, food is the only thing needed, besides your personal items. Very quiet neighborhood. Lots of places to eat close by. Vibez for juice and bowls was a favorite and The Tops downtown was fun and delicious! Thank you Elizabeth!

The house was very clean, and as a bonus was fully stocked with everything (including coffee!) that we needed for a 3 night stay. The beds were very comfortable. Location is great, only a few minutes from UF and also close to the mall and Archer Rd area. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

We were able to speak with the property owner to get a early entry into the house. The house was clean, close to the University and in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The icing on the cake was that the owners connected us with a realtor in the area as well. We will come again to this property with the rest of our family next time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were extremely happy with our stay at the Sugarfoot house. Communication with Elizabeth was super easy before and during our stay. The house was very clean, and as a bonus was fully stocked with everything (including coffee!) that we needed for a 3 night stay. The beds were very comfortable. Location is great, only a few minutes from UF and also close to the mall and Archer Rd area. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

We were two families visiting for the UF/FSU game. The home is lovely! Completed remodeled with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable. The manager communicated with us throughout our stay, as well. We will definitely be back to stay when we visit our daughter and UF again.

We had family traveling from VA for a mini-reunion and wanted them to stay safely in a neighborhood close to other members here in town. Elizabeth’s spotless home was perfect, near to parks, stores and campus activities. The home is well-equipped and very nicely decorated. The owners were helpful and easily on hand to answer a question.

Elizabeth’s spotless home was perfect, near to parks, stores and campus activities. The home is well-equipped and very nicely decorated. Great place to stay!
A great stay for any needs in Gainesville! The property has central location, easy keyless access, and is well-stocked with kitchen supplies/toiletries/entertainment. Additionally, as we are all concerned about travel during these COVID times, the property is superbly clean and well-maintained. I felt 100% comfortable staying there. Would recommend to anyone and hope to stay again!

Lovely house and great price!
Elizabeth's house was very clean and comfortable - perfect for a relaxing getaway! Incidentally, also a great home base for exploring Gainesville while staying in a quiet yet convenient part of the city. Excellent price, too - very reasonable! The kitchen was well stocked with pretty much everything we needed to make delicious meals every day. We really couldn't have asked for more. Thanks!

This Sugarfoot home was beautifully remodeled and updated. Clean, well stocked and perfect for a gameday weekend. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to the highway and a short Uber trip to the campus. Highly recommended.

Loved the Little Touches
Once inside the home, we were surprised by the many touches Elizabeth took to make our stay not only comfortable, but also special. Prior to our arrival, when I reached out with questions, she was very accommodating. We had a lot of trouble working the tv, yet, each time I reached out to the owner, she responded to try to help us out. The house has been recently remodeled and we loved how clean and organized the place is. This house was perfect for our weekend stay.

Gem of a home!
Approach to home is slightly confusing and landscaping could use some work but entry into this home is a pleasant surprise! Feels newly remodeled. Beautiful floors. Lovely layout with 3 bedrooms. Kitchen & decor modern. They thought of the little things- popcorn upon or arrival, Trader Joe's soaps. Comfy slippers when you walk in! Do note, there is no driveway so you're parking in the grass.
